The group consisting of Ino, Megumi, Yuji, and Y/n are standing in front of the veil that keeps sorcerers out. Yuji takes a step back to wind up a punch. He releases his strike and his fist doesn't affect the veil even slightly. The force of Yuji's punch causes air pressure to be released
Yuji: No good. It's not budging at all.
Ino sweat drops
Ino: W-Well, that was some decent force.
Y/n: Impressive right?
Megumi: It's a rather sturdy veil. We'll have to search for its weak point and put a hole in it, even if it's only for a second. We can't get anywhere without getting inside first.
a harmless teddy bear-looking curse was walking towards the group causing Yuji to lightly kick it over and knock it out. Totality starts eating it
Yuji: Huh? Why not?
Ino: Why not? Listen, this is a veil to keep sorcerers out. It's a major barrier. Barriers are all designed to surround you and protect you, right? Which fundamentally means that whoever lowered this veil is inside it.
Yuji: But back in Harajuku...
Y/n: I know what you mean...
Y/n thinks for a bit before figuring it out
Y/n: I think it's a pretty simple conclusion Yuji
Yuji: Hm?
Y/n: Whoever makes the veil can either stay inside it or go out of it. If they stay in the veil will be weaker but if they leave it it'll be stronger due to the risk of being found and killed
Ino: I see! It's a real Egg of Columbus idea.
Yuji: Huh? What's that mean?
Y/n: It means "a seemingly impossible task becomes fairly easy when explained." It's just an expression nothin too major
Yuji: ahhh...
Ino: Though, man, they're completely ignoring the fundamentals of barriers! What a crazy idea! I can see why the barrier didn't break from Yuji's earlier blow...
Megumi: Going by that logic the veil's source should be somewhere pretty obvious, right?
Ino: By increasing the risk of discovery, they're further increasing its strength, then?
Y/n: So they're at the most obvious spot.
