---That night, Mayumi, Norio, and Asahi decided to make a change. They were determined to honor their parents' sacrifices by becoming more disciplined students. As they prepared for the new day, they dressed in their crisp, new uniforms, and set their alarms for an early start.
The next morning, they arrived at their physical practice with Mr. Robin and Miss Yuri. Mr. Robin observed their commitment with approval.
"Good to see you all ready and eager," Mr. Robin said, nodding at their uniforms.
They dived into the exercises with gusto. Mayumi, despite her enthusiasm, struggled with the demanding routines. A misstep during a particularly challenging exercise caused her to fall and injure her leg.
"Mayumi!" Robin rushed over, helping her up. "Are you okay?"
Mayumi winced, fighting back tears. "I'm fine. I don't want to miss class."
Robin nodded, though concern lingered in his eyes. "Be careful. Don't overdo it."
Mayumi, her face pale but determined, limped to her classroom just in time for the start of the day.

Meanwhile, in the jail cell, Zeo paced restlessly, her frustration evident. Her agitation had been an ongoing problem for the guards. Just then, a portal appeared, and Izumi stepped through, looking both relieved and anxious.
"Mom!" Izumi said quickly. "I need your help. I'm in trouble and need to get signatures from five great sorcerers to fix my situation."
Zeo, though surprised, nodded. "Alright, I'll give you Mayumi's address. Just be quick; the guards will be here soon."
Zeo scribbled down the address and handed it to Izumi. "Go now. Your sister knows where to find Mayumi."
Izumi took the paper and moved towards the portal. "Thanks, Mom."
With a last glance, Izumi stepped through the portal, which closed just as the guards approached.
---
Back at Mayumi's dorm, she was in the middle of getting ready for her next class. As she was putting down her dress, a sudden shimmer appeared, and Izumi stumbled out of the portal, her presence startling Mayumi.
"Who-" Mayumi began, but she saw Izumi and quickly interrupted, "Wait outside. I'll be right there."
Izumi, giving an awkward smile, nodded and exited the bathroom. In the room outside, Mayumi's roommates-Lily, Alex, Asahi, and Norio-were gathered, curious about the sudden appearance of the stranger.
"Who's that?" Lily asked, her eyes wide.
"I don't know," Alex replied, equally puzzled. "She looks like she's in a hurry."
Asahi and Norio exchanged glances, concern evident on their faces. "Do you think she needs help?" Asahi asked.
Before anyone could respond, Mayumi emerged from the bathroom, her expression a mix of confusion and determination.
"Everyone, this is Izumi. She's my sister, and she needs our help," Mayumi said.
Izumi, sensing the tension, quickly explained, "I'm here because I need to find Mayumi and get her help with a serious problem involving sorcerers."
The room fell silent as everyone processed the unexpected news, their curiosity piqued by the strange and urgent situation that had just landed in their midst.
---
Mayumi and Izumi approached Mr. Robin's office, the tension in the air thick with the weight of their request. Mayumi knocked softly before entering with Izumi by her side.
