ORANGE = if one shall stray from the path, it is here, in the orange, they must never go
RED = the path, and all its stops

1... closest to the MudWing kingdom, this is a prosperous stop and should only ever be skipped if the danger is life-threatening. There are safe, marshy grounds, good prey, and many family members to reconcile with. The Queen is good to us. By far, MudWings are the kindest to gypsies and are hospitable in all of their ways.
PREY: Small- Beavers, Raccoons, Muskrats, (many) Rodents
            Large- Hippos, Crocodiles
RESOURCES: lake, river, shelter, access to the outskirts of the Rainforest

2... past Jade Mountain, closest to the SandWing territory. The terrain is strange here, and often, so are those who visit us. This stop is not dangerous, but a dragon must be wary, and now would be the time to prepare for travel into SkyWing territory.
PREY: Small- Hawks, Eagles, small land mammals
            Large- Deer, Goats, straying antelope
RESOURCES: sparse forest, untrustworthy shelter, sand, close to Jade Mountain

3... the first stop that comes after the brush in with the society. Many towns are nestled in the Claws of the Clouds Mountains- this is the deepest the path will venture into that territory, and it is crucial to make use of the towns as we pass them. Travelling becomes more difficult- mountains loom.
PREY: Small- Hawks, Eagles, Rodents
            Large- Goats

RESOURCES: shelter, towns, forests, sparse prey, plentiful customers

4... far into the SkyWing territory, this stop is a resting place before the travel through the SkyWing palace- or rather, beneath it. Cocooned inside the mountains, this stop has few visitors other than the wondering SkyWing or two, but it is plentiful in prey. Time for us to nestle up before the weather gets colder.
PREY: Small- Hawks, Eagles, Kestrels, Falcons, Rodents
Large- Goats, Sheep, Wolves, Lammas, Bears
RESOURCES: mountains, shelter, caves

5... Here begins the decent from the SkyWing territory. There are SeaWings who swim up to the shores, SkyWings wandering high above, and IceWings who may be traveling from further- it is a good place to meet new faces. With the ocean to the left, there is a whole new resource to explore. It is relatively safe here. A place for us to rest, after difficult travel.
PREY: Small- Hawks, Raccoons, Fish
            Large- Deer, Elk, Sheep, Sharks

RESOURCES: ocean, coastline, forests, good shelter

6... The last stop in the cycle, and another deep travel, close to the mountains. Here, there is a small section of fields, providing a nice area to spread out and rest comfortably. Two rivers stretch on either side, providing a space for young dragonets to play, and to hunt.
PREY: Small- Birds, Rabbits, Rodents, River-fish
            Large- Deer

RESOURCES: Rivers, grasslands, NO shelter

HELLO READER! Hope I caught you.

All of this- the altered map, the stops, the concept of dragon gypsies- came from some deep part of my brain, the part that probably hasn't seen sunlight in a while. And yet, here it is! It may seem strange, but I'm kind of in love with the idea!

NOTE: In no way do I have a first-hand experience of what it means to be a gypsy- my only brush in with them is the gypsy fairs that I've gone to, and maybe the occasional episode of my gypsy wedding. I recognize that in no way these give me an accurate understanding of gypsy culture, so that is why I am putting my own spin on it! They are dragon gypsies, after all. Enjoy it, if you can!

NOTE #2: The mature rating that I've given this book is only in relation to the violence present. Nothing else happening over here! Just some good old gore to show the realities of fighting- the true nitty gritty.

Anyway, that's about all from me. If any one does stop by to read this, I can't wait for you to see what I've got in store! LOVE, BABUSHKA
