Chapter 22: Revenge

At night,

Nishant: Rajveer has withdrawn the case and got those boys released... (to Arnav on call)

Arnav: What? Why did you let this happen? You know what Rajveer will do to them now... (in shock)

Nishant: I could not do anything because he had withdrawn the case and anyway whatever was to happen would have happened by now... (huffing)

Arnav: you are right, anyways thanks to inform me... (cutting the call)

Now Arnav was sitting in the hall and waiting for Rajveer, after some time he waited and finally his wait came to an end as Rajveer came from outside, but he ignored him and was going to his room, before he went Arnav stopped him...

Arnav: Wait Rajveer, why did you get those boys out of jail?

Rajveer: Because I wanted to punish them with my own hands... (controlling his anger)

Arnav: But you did not need to do this. The law would have punished them...

Rajveer: The law does not give them the punishment they deserve... (clutching his jaw)

Arnav: What have you done to them?

Rajveer: Check out the news tomorrow and you will get all the answers...

Arnav: I would have taken care of them; you didn't have to do all this...

Rajveer: Would you have done it? Where were you when all this was happening? And anyway, you couldn't do anything then, nor can you do anything now... (with cold voice)

Arnav: I didn't know... (try to explain him)

Rajveer: Didn't you know? Your daughter was missing for one night and you had no idea? Tell me why you haven't provided them security yet? Or were you waiting for something like this to happen? (with so much anger)

Arnav: Rajveer, you might be forgetting with whom you are talking... (raising his voice)

Rajveer: I am talking to a person who can never save anyone on time... (saying this he went from there to his room)

Rajveer went to his room from there, there he saw that Ishqi was not there, so he went to the bathroom to change and after that to Misha's room, there Misha was still sitting quietly and the other people were trying to make her laugh, when they saw Rajveer, they became quiet, Rajveer went and sat beside Misha...

Rajveer: How is your health now?

Misha: I am fine now...

Rajveer: hmmm

Ishqi: I am thinking I should cook something for Misha...

Rajveer: Not at all. She is not used to eating such good food... (taunting)

Everyone started to laugh at Ishqi and she pouted as her husband made fun of her casually. Then they all started to talk for some time as they wanted to divert Misha...

Ruhi: I am thinking which next play should I prepare for?

Mihir: Di, why don't we do a play of Romeo and Juliet? In which I will be Romeo and Ishqi will be my Juliet... (excitedly)

Hearing this everyone looked at Rajveer because Mihir said "My Juliet" which was not acceptable for Rajveer and they know that Mihir is gone now, and the same thing happened Rajveer was killing him with his gaze, Mihir also looked at him feeling his glare at himself and gulp...

Ruhi and Ishqi control their laughter looking at his face, but then Rajveer took Ishqi to their Room as it was already late...

They reached in their room Rajveer instantly took her in his arms and took her to the pool side and sit on the couch telling her on his lap, seeing this Ishqi got shocked and looked at him with her innocent big eyes which Rajveer find always cute, so he kissed her on her cheeks and put her head on his chest while closing his eyes feeling her presence...
