Everyone was sitting in the living room, except for the youngsters. They were still wondering how Ruhi had agreed so quickly. Just a day earlier, when Dadi had casually asked her, Ruhi had clearly said she wasn’t ready for marriage so soon. Even though everything was being arranged, she had wanted more time to think.

And yet, today, all of a sudden, she said yes, without hesitation. Still, they convinced themselves that perhaps after talking to Rajveer, she no longer had any doubts. With that thought, they set their worries aside and informed the Khanna family about her decision…

When Ruhi finally said “yes,” everyone was overjoyed. They immediately called the priest to fix the wedding date, and within five days the ceremony was scheduled. The house was buzzed with excitement, preparations began in full swing, and happiness seemed to fill every corner…

But in all this celebration, no one stopped to ask the most important question, was Ruhi herself happy? From the very beginning, everything had unfolded against her will. Nobody had asked if she wanted this, if she had someone she liked, or if she even wished to marry at all…

It has always been this way with girls. Their choices are rarely considered. Society silences them with the words, “You are a girl, stay quiet.” And if a family mistakenly believes that a girl has run away with someone, then every girl in that household is judged through the same lens of suspicion. Fear of society becomes a cage, pressing down on them…

Yet Ruhi’s situation was not as hopeless as it seemed. Because behind her, unseen but unwavering, stood Rajveer Singhania, like a father figure, a protector. A role that perhaps Arnav had failed to fulfill…

The whole day passed quietly, and by evening everyone returned home from their work. The next day was Saturday, so most of them would be free. That’s when Mihir suggested a night out, and everyone agreed. They even invited Rudra along. But the truth was, the night out was just an excuse, their real plan was to talk to Ruhi, because they all felt she wasn’t truly happy…

They shared the plan among themselves and went to freshen up. Later, Mihir and Misha headed to the terrace to arrange everything, while Ishqi waited for Rajveer so she could explain the plan to him. Within a short while, the preparations were complete, and Rudra arrived too. Then Misha, half playfully and half forcefully, dragged Ruhi to the terrace. Finally, when Rajveer came, Ishqi joined them as well…

Terrace:

Mihir: Are yaar Ishqi, you took so long! We’ve been waiting for you forever…

Ishqi: Rajveer just got back from the office, that’s why I was late. Anyway, forget all this useless talk and tell me what we’re supposed to do next, I’m really excited!...

Mihir: Okay, so we’ll play games all night, first Truth or Dare, and then I Never Have I Ever. What do you say?...

Misha: Okay guys, come on, take your places…
