Chapter 16: Rajveer's anger

Everyone was sitting in the hall and waiting for Rajveer, Ishqi was roaming here and there and waiting for Rajveer because it's already late, but he did not come...

Komal: Ishqi I think Rajveer must have got caught up in some important work, he will be late in coming. Now we all should have dinner... (coming to her)

Ishqi: Aunty, you all please have your dinner, I will wait a little longer... (sitting on the couch with sad face)

Ishqi: you came really early, why did you come so early, you should have come in the morning... (looked at him and then speak sarcastically)

Rajveer: What happened, is something wrong? Why do you look so sad? (with shocked looking her using sarcastic tone)

Ishqi: What do you think? Should I stay sad or do something else? Now go and do your office work... (with so much annoying)

Rajveer: Ishqi, I am late for the first time today. Actually, I had an important meeting today. Why are you reacting like this on such a small thing? (explaining to her)

Ishqi: You don't even remember what you told me yesterday... (with somewhat sad tone)

Rajveer: What did you say? I don't remember anything... (with confusion)

Ishqi: You told me that you would have dinner with me tonight, but you did not come. Do you know how much effort we all put in to prepare the food, how happy everyone in the house was that you were coming, but you did not come and did not even think it necessary to tell us... (with irritation)

Rajveer: Ishqi, first of all I did not know that you were waiting for me and secondly even if I had dinner, I would have done it only with you. I told you this yesterday too... (controlling his anger after hearing her)

Ishqi: But why do you have so much problem with your family? When they came to know that I am cooking for you, everyone came to the kitchen and helped me in cooking only for you. Everyone loves you so much but why do you run away from them, why? (With little high tone)

Rajveer: Enough is enough Ishqi! Maybe you are forgetting that you are talking to Rajveer Singhania, the same Rajveer Singhania in front of whom people do not even dare to speak, let alone shout... (with extreme anger)

"You are able to speak, you are able to shout at me, because I have given you this right, but in all this you are forgetting who you are shouting at and as far as this family is concerned, I have not stopped you from talking to anyone or from meeting them..." (gritting his teeth)

"But remember that my relationship with this family is only for namesake. If you want me not to stop you from talking to all these people then don't talk about the family in front of me from now on..." (holding her hands tightly in anger)

Saying this, Rajveer angrily went towards his study room. Ishqi was already scared seeing Rajveer's anger, today was the first time Rajveer was angry with her, tears started flowing from Ishqi's eyes and she started sobbing...

Rajveer: Did you eat?

Hearing this she nodded in no so he took the plate and made her eat and she also ate it without any reaction and then went from there but before she could do that Rajveer held her wrist and stopped her but she did not turn towards him...

Rajveer: Won't you let me taste your food?

Listening this she became emotional and again tears started to come out of her eyes, but she wiped it before Rajveer noticed, to her bad luck he was looking at her, so he understood and pull her towards him and made her sit on his lap then turn her face to him but this time she closed her eyes...

Rajveer: I am sorry, I will never get angry at you again. But you must also remember never to involve me in this family because sometimes some things cannot reduce our pain...

Listening to this Ishqi opened her eyes and looked into his eyes which had some kind of pain, but it was gone in a few seconds still she didn't ask him anything as she understood that something happened in the past...

She then took one bite from the plate and fed him and he also ate from her hands and then took her in his arms and laid her down on the bed and he also laid beside her...

He took her in his arms and started to caress her hair. Ishqi looked at him and hugged him tightly like he would disappear if she left him. He also felt that, so he hugged her in the same way and kissed her forehead...

Rajveer: Okay, tell me this, you took my card, right? (Calmly)

Ishqi: hmm... (still feeling his presence in his arms)

Rajveer: So, you did shop for only Rs 10,000, why is that?

Ishqi: What I wanted was available in just this little amount so why would I waste money and you know what, this also seemed like too much to me...

Rajveer: You don't need to worry about money. Maybe you are forgetting that your husband is Rajveer Singhania...

Ishqi: I know very well what my husband's name is. But I am not used to spending so much money and when I get used to it, I will empty your entire bank account... (first with slow voice and then she spoke last line jokingly)

Rajveer: Okay, first you finish the limit of my card... (understanding her joke)

Ishqi: I will do that... (with fake attitude)

Like this they talk for some time and while talking she sleeps and Rajveer looks at her as he didn't hear her response in some talk, she was sleeping like a baby cuddling him with pout...

Rajveer: You are the most beautiful thing that happened in my whole life... (he also sleeps while looking at her)
