"So, Bunny, you said that this subway is the fastest way out of here besides the helicopter?" Lego asked her.
"Yes, I'm still sad about that, though." She sighed, looking down as they walked.
"Well we're here, it looks like it is locked." Player commented.
"I'm sure you can get it open again, but I need to rest for a moment.." Bunny notified them.
"Don't worry Bunny!" Kreek comforted, "we will get us all out of here." She smiled slightly, but Kreek could tell something was off.
"Guys, I'm gonna stay with Bunny. She looks upset. Good luck getting the train working." He told them. Lego just shrugged.
"Of course!" Player said enthusiastically. The two went separate directions to search for clues. Kreek looked over at Bunny.
"Hey, cheer up. I'm sure Mr. P didn't want to leave you there. Maybe there's something else?" He suggested.
"There is.." she sighed. "I don't know how to tell you this.. I've been infected." Kreek's eyes widened.
"B-but we've only just met you, there must be something we can do to help? Right?" He pleaded, starting to cry.
"We used the only possible cure on your friend Lego. He had it far worse than me." Bunny explained, "I can't even feel my legs anymore." She looked down.
"We're going to miss you, Bunny." He frowned. "You're one of the nicest people I've ever met. I wish I didn't have to lose you, like I did Kayla." He cried, pulling off his beanie and laying it on his knees.
Bunny patted him on the shoulder, the biggest frown on her face. She hugged him, laying there for a moment. She let Kreek cry onto her shoulder.
It felt nice, but it was never meant to be.
A/N: THIS CAME OUT OF NO WHERE I SWEAR. IM SHIPPING THE CHARACTERS NOT THE PPL. This wasn't even planned help- when I said shipping in the TW I forgot who I meant to ship in the first place. Maybe this is my conscience reminding me. Pls no hate cause this is so random I might remove it altogether later on.
Lego ran in yelling.
"What even was that thing? Some kind of undead infected creature? How is that even possible!" He panted, tired from running.
"I got the goods." Player said, holding up a wrench and key.
"Great, put it in." Lego told them. As Player turned the wrench, the subway door magically opened up.
"Come along." Lego waved his hand, before stopping.
"Kreek? What's wrong?" He asked, kneeling down.
"I'm sorry." Bunny told Kreek, he stood up, wiping the tears off his face.
"I'm sorry." She repeated, lifting off her eyepatch to reveal a deep scratch. The area was red with infection.
"That's not.." Player started,
"..From an infected." Lego finished for them. "Is it?"
"You need to go without me. It's important you carry on." She told them.
"We can take you with us! Find you a cure!" Player attempted to convince her.
"I'd be a nuisance, I can't feel my legs hardly anymore. I could turn any moment, and I don't wanna hurt you." Bunny claimed, her ears low.
Player looked over to Kreek, empathy visible in their eyes.
"I'm sorry, Kreek. Bunny is right, as much as I hate to admit it."
Kreek just stared, his eyes wide like he'd seen a ghost.

"Hey." A voice spoke.
"Who are you?" Kreek asked.
"That's not important right now." It said.
"Actually, I think it does. What are you doing in my mind?"
"Like I said, it doesn't matter. I'm here to offer you a deal."
"And what is this deal?"
"I'll bring her back."
"Which one, My girlfriend? I don't think she's coming back until this ends, but I may as well be dead by then anyways."
"..."
"What, cat got your tongue? I'm listening, so speak."
"You don't need to lose her. I can cure her. You won't ever have to separate."
"So, you think you can do something that the WHOLE WORLD can't do?"
"But I can."
"There is no cure. The only possible one has been used."
"... I can bring her back."
"See, you keep saying that. I can't even TRUST you."
"Join me.."
"No! I won't. Your lying. You have to be lying. It's not possible. NOW GET OUT OF MY HEAD!" He yelled, grasping his head until the vision cleared.
"Kreek? Hellooo?" He opened his eyes to see Player waving at his face.
"Welcome back! You were standing like that for awhile. We need to go, before Bunny becomes fully infected." Kreek nodded numbly.
"Bunny, I'm so sorry. I promise to come back for you." He promised, hugging her again.
He looked at the subway with determination, before walking in it.
"We'll save you." Lego told her, a stiff stare, but she could see guilt deep down. He got in the Subway.
"Bye Bunny. We will remember you always." They looked upset, Bunny frowned.
"Think about the positive times we had, not the time when we had to say goodbye." She offered. They nodded, walking onto the subway.
Bunny lay back, letting the infection take control of her body.
