=CHAPTER 8= {Carnival}

"We're coming for you, Mr. P."
Kreek monologued, "You will regret leaving Bunny for dead.

"This is the most likely place to find him, it is his Carnival after all." Lego said.

"Lego?" Player asked.
"Yeah?"
"He gave you a potion. I know this is random but they were talking about it while you were unconscious." Player informed him.
"Bunny forgot to mention that.. but why is this important?"
"It was supposed to be their cure. The one Mr. P had been testing to cure Bunny. Bunny pleaded until he gave it to you instead of her." His eyes widened.

"So.. you're saying Mr. P gave me the only possible cure. Instead of his best friend.. was it even tested?"
"... No." they answered. "Doggy drank a potion, too. Do you think Mr. P gave it to him? It was a potion that caused this whole thing anyways."

"If it was.. we need to stop him. He can't infect any more people." Lego looked at Played, then Kreek.

"Let's stop him."

A/N: Ngl when I wrote the last chapter I forgot in my AU Lego was mainly infected by the moose. So now I'm just gonna pretend the potion he got actually WAS the cure to the infection. Also that was a really complicated way to make them hate Mr. P besides leaving Bunny.

P.S. main cutscene time!

"Mr. P! We're here to stop yo-" Kreek yelled, kicking the door down. He stopped, seeing a Pony and a Zebra poised to attack.

"Are they infected, Zizzy?" The pony asked.
"Pony, the infected don't talk." Zizzy answered.
"Oh, right." He blushed, embarrassed.
"I'm Zizzy," the Zebra introduced herself, "this is my friend, Pony."
"I'm Player, and this is Kreek and Lego." They said, gesturing towards the two.
"What are you guys doing here?"
"We came to find more survivors. We have a safe place."
"Is that there your friend too?" Pony asked, pointing behind them.

"That's no friend, that's one of them!" She pointed.
"Don't worry, I got this." Pony said, holding up his wooden sword. He hit the fox in the head with it, stunning him.

"Let's bring you back with us," Zizzy suggested. "This place is dangerous."
"Good idea!" Kreek said.

Sorry the chapter is so short, I just don't want to think about Carnival longer than I have to. I also just didn't really have anything else to write. I hope this is still okay tho!
