=CHAPTER 9= {City}

Stood on top of a building, Pony pointed over to a place that looked like a hotel.
"There it is! Our safe place."
"They will be pretty surprised that we found you guys." Zizzy told the group.

Can we really trust them? Lego thought, looking down, then forwards.

"How many people live here, exactly?" Player asked her, curiosity visible in their eyes.

"6, not including you. There's me and Pony as you already know, Mimi and Giraffy, and my 2 younger sisters, Zee and Zuzy." She told them.

"I'll be excited to meet them all!" Kreek beamed.

Cutscene time!

As they walked upon the safe place, Zizzy asked them a question.
"What were you all doing before all of this?"

"I was a detective, investigating a missing child alongside Lego. He was a police officer." Player explained.
"What about you?"

"I was trying to become an Optometrist like my father." Pony said.

"And I was a fencing coach. I even taught my little sisters. I'm so relieved they stayed safe from the infection with me." Zizzy sighed happily.
"Yeah.." Pony agreed.

"I er- I'm a videographer." Kreek said, holding the collar of his red flannel.

"How'd you end up at the carnival, anyways? I heard you were looking for Mr. P?" She asked, looking over to Kreek.

"Mr. P has been giving out potions. They turn you into an infected." He said, looking down bitterly.

"Not all the time." Lego pointed out. "He gave one to me." Pony raised his eyebrow.

"You're right.." Kreek sighed. "He gave their friend Doggy one of those potions. We had to leave him behind." He grumbled, crossing his arms.

"We're trying to find him and stop him." Player told them.

"You guys should at least stay here for a little while." She frowned. "We will help you find him!"

"Tru-" Lego started, before being cut off by a rustling.

"W-what was that?" Pony stumbled.

"I think someone is watching us." He squinted, I'm going to go find out." Lego said.

"I'm going with you." Zizzy said,
"And me!" Kreek beamed.

Player shrugged, "I guess I'll stay here with Pony. Be safe out there!" They said.
