TAEHYUNG
Four months have passed since I returned from Paris, and every day has felt like a dream. The excitement of the city is a distant memory now, replaced by the joy of being here with someone who means everything to me. Spending time with Treasure has been the highlight of each day. Her presence brings a warmth and comfort that makes everything feel right.
Whether we're out exploring new places or just enjoying a quiet evening together, every moment is filled with a gentle happiness. I hear the door swing open, and there she comes , her face flushed with a mix of frustration and concern.
"I told you to get ready for the President's son's birthday party," she says, her tone a blend of exasperation and urgency. "We're going to be late if you don't hurry up!"
I look up from my screen, my heart sinking as I realize I've lost track of time. The party is important, and I know how much it means to her. I can't help but smile at the sight of her—her passion and determination only make me love her more. Last year, because of me, she missed the invitation, and I'm determined not to let her down this time.
As I rush to get ready, I can't help but wonder why the President's son is so interested in inviting her. The thought nags at me, and I can't shake the feeling that there's more to this invitation than meets the eye.
As I walked out, all ready for the party, I saw her standing by the window, her gaze distant and thoughtful. I approached her quietly and encircled my arms around her, pulling her close. She tensed slightly, as if she was about to pull away, but I held her a little tighter, wanting to bridge the gap between us.
"Are you mad at me?" I asked softly, my voice filled with concern and affection. I could feel her body relax a bit as she turned to face me, her eyes meeting mine. She shook her head , "No, I'm not mad," she said quietly.
I slowly trailed my hands down her side, making her feel ticklish. Her eyes widened with surprise as she tried to stifle a giggle. "I swear to God, if you—"
Before she could finish her sentence, I swept her off her feet and carried her to the bed, playfully tickling her as I went. Her laughter filled the room, a bright, joyful sound that made my heart soar. I continued my gentle assault, enjoying every moment of her unrestrained happiness.
"Stop! Stop!" she managed to gasp between fits of laughter, trying to catch her breath. I relented, pulling her close and planting a soft kiss on her forehead. "Just wanted to make sure you're smiling," I said, my voice tender.
She pushed me gently but playfully before standing up, her cheeks still flushed from laughter. "I'll get ready for the party," As she moved about the room, preparing for the party, I found myself utterly captivated. Every glance she cast towards the mirror, every delicate adjustment she made to her outfit seemed to weave a spell of elegance and grace.
When she glanced up and caught my eye in the mirror, her smile was a quiet, "What are you staring at Mr Boyfriend?"
I leaned against the doorframe, my gaze filled with admiration. "Just trying to figure out how someone can look so stunning while getting ready. It's almost distracting."
She raised an eyebrow, a smirk playing on her lips. "Distracting, huh? Maybe I should start charging for this kind of view."
I took a step closer, my voice dropping to a flirtatious whisper. "Well, if you did, I'd be your most frequent customer. But luckily for me, I get to see this for free."
Her cheeks deepened in color, and she glanced down, a shy smile playing on her lips. "You're too sweet. I'm just trying to make sure everything looks right." I reached out, gently brushing a strand of hair from her face, my touch light and tender. "Trust me, you look more than right. You look absolutely stunning."
