After me and Von's very eventful night, we slept all the way through the night, just to end up fucking again the very next morning at 6:30 am. Which leads us to now, 3 hours later, just finishing up.
"Fuck..." I panted out of breath, laying beside Dayvon.
I closed my eyes before realizing I couldn't hear anything, not my own breath, not my fan which was on the highest setting, I couldn't even hear Dayvon next to me.
I felt on my ear, not feeling my cochlear. Shit. Did I take it out? Did it fall off? It shouldn't have, it's magnetized?! I quickly sat up and looked over at Dayvon, he was just staring at the ceiling, both hands being his head.
I guess it caught his attention when he seen me feeling around on the bed.
He tapped my arm, making me look at him.
What's wrong?
Where is my cochlear?
Oh.
He grabbed it off the nightstand, putting it on for me.
"Sorry ma, in between rounds, I just took it off for you, I didn't want it to fall and break or nun like that."
"It's ok, but yknow it's magnetic, I don't think it would fall off that easy." I giggled, laying on his chest.
"Wit the way we was fuckin, it might have." He laughed with me and I felt his chest vibrate.
Even though I have a cochlear and can hear his laugh I still enjoy the feeling his laugh. It feels just as hearty as it sounds. It's like a deep rumbling, almost like something you'd hear in a cafe when rocks tumble, but in a comforting way.
"Get up ma, imma go run the shower water."
I yawned, "We can't just nap first?"
"Mmm.." He hummed thinking about it, "I guess. 15 minutes then we showering." He leaned over and set a timer on his phone.
He wrapped his arm around my shoulder as I laid on his chest and we drifted off to sleep together.
