Berry Berry Protein Shake

This filling 210 calorie smoothie has 18 grams of protein and is full of nutrition. I have tried this before and it tastes great!

Ingredients:
4 frozen strawberries
1/3 cup frozen blueberries
1 scoop whey protein
2-4 cubes of ice
2/3 cup orange juice

Directions: blend all ingredients putting items in the blender in the order of the list.
