"If I had let you pick your outfit, we would've ended up with heaps of clothing everywhere. You don't even bother putting them back in your closet! You push them to one side of your bed and leave the other side to sleep on." Mommy says rummaging through my closet.

"That's not true!" I huff.

"Are you insinuating I'm lying?" She turns giving me the mommy look.

"No Mommy." I say looking away. She nods turning back around. She finally picks something for me to wear and it's the most childish dress ever. It's a short white dress with rounded collars and little bunny pockets. I hesitantly take the dress from her. As if the silly dress wasn't enough, she picks my underwear out for me too. "Mommy!" I gasp, taking the underwear and hiding it in the dress she just gave me. Mommy sighs, looking at me with her hands on her hips.

"I don't know why you're acting like I don't buy your underwear. I know every pair, it's no use getting embarrassed." She says. I mean she does buy all my underwear, most of then look and feel weird. They go all the way up, just above my belly button and they're oddly thick. Mommy says that's only because they're really good quality, but I'm not too sure.

"Well, I could've picked my own underwear. I'm a big girl, I can do it." I say. Mommy ignores me and pushes me towards the bathroom. I walk into the bathroom slamming the door.

"Don't slam my door Nollani." Mommy tells me off. I open the door, slamming it harder than I did before. If she doesn't want to listen to me then I'm not listening to her either. I open the door just to see if Mommy's upset yet and she is. "Slam it one more time darling, go ahead." Mommy says sweetly. It's a trap isn't it? I groan, closing the door properly this time. I jump around frustrated, screaming silently. She just makes me so upset sometimes.

I undress and get into the bathtub. I sit there for a while trying to cool off. I was planning on just sitting in the bathtub until the water's cold so Mommy's late for work, but I really don't want her coming in to give me a bath. I'm a big girl. I can do it all by myself. Once I'm done I realise I forgot to bring my towel. How am I gonna dry off without a towel.

"Mommmyyyy!!!" I yell.

"Yes?" Mommy responds.

"I forgot my towel!" I say having lost a bit of my pride. Mommy walks in a while later with my towel.

"Are you done?" She asks, and I nod not making any eye contact. She wraps the towel around me and takes me out of the bathtub. I give her a pout. "I'm still a big girl." I remind her.

"I'm sure you are pumpkin." Mommy nods smiling softly, wiping me.

"I was gonna get my own towel." I tell her. "Was upset, so I forgot to." I add. Mommy chuckles, nodding her head.

"Of course baby." She says smiling. "Now can the big girl get herself dressed or does mommy need to help her?" She asks dropping my towel in the laundry basket.

"I'll do it." I say already grabbing my clothes.

When I get downstairs, Mommy's already sitting down having her coffee...and a bowl of fruits? Weird combination if you ask me. I pour a cup of juice to have with my breakfast before I sit down next to mommy at the table. She pushes the bowel of fruits towards me just as I'm about to eat my last bite of food. I whine kicking my feet when I realise the fruits were mine all along. I think it's time to put my plan to action, Mommy's just been mean all morning.

I drink my cup of juice before emptying the rest onto my dress. I gasp pretending to be surprised. "Oh no Mommy, my pretty dress is all ruined." I say batting my eyes at her innocently.

Mommy gets up, without saying a word. I watch her curiously place my little wooden chair in the corner. It's then that something clicks in my head. I quickly stand up trying to run away from her. "No, no, no, you're not going anywhere." Mommy says swiftly pulling me back to her, by my arm. "If you wanna be a bratty little girl, then Mommy's going to treat you like one." She tells me as she takes my dress off. She then picks me up and makes me sit on the chair in the corner. I try to get up and run away but Mommy puts be back on the chair.

I sit in the corner sulking with my arms folded over my chest. I sit there for a while, at some point, wondering where mommy went. I can believe she just left me here practically naked. This isn't fair! "If she hadn't put me in that stupid dress I wouldn't have poured juice on it." I say to myself.

"No darling, if you hadn't poured juice on your dress and been a good girl, Mommy wouldn't have put you in the naughty corner." Mommy says startling me. "The dress was fine, you were just hell bent on being a bratty little girl all morning."

"Nu-uh" I pout.

"Yes you were. You argued about me picking your clothes, fought me about picking your panties, slammed the door just to get a reaction out of me. Then you put the cherry on top and poured juice on yourself. Now tell me that wasn't being bratty." Mommy stares at me waiting for me to say something. I fold my arms turning back to face the corner. "Exactly!" Mommy says picking me up, making me stand on the chair facing her. She puts me in a red t-shirt with little ruffles on the sleeves and plain white shorts.

"Mommy. It no fit me." I say holding onto my shorts feeling them slip off. Mommy frowns pulling them higher up. She then chuckles folding the waistband.

"They're not big, they just don't have anything to hold onto." I gasp and she continues chuckling. "If I put you in a diaper, they'll fit better." She winks making me blush.

"No mommy!"

"Just teasing you bubs." She pinches my nose. "Let's go, Jasmine's probably wondering why we haven't arrived. You'll finish your fruits on the way there." I groan grabbing my bowl of fruits. I'll just fling some out of the car window, on the way to aunty Jasmine's. No big deal.
