It had been weeks after the Night Pride's defeat at the paws of the Wildcats, Kion and Fuli were busy tending to their wounds. Meanwhile, Rani, seething with anger towards Kion and Fuli, was interrupted by Ullu.

Ullu: "Rani, there's a male clouded leopard approaching the Tree of Life."

Rani, still irritated, turned sharply to face Ullu.

Rani: "A clouded leopard? Is he alone?"

Ullu: "Yes, no others with him."

Rani paused, her mind racing through the possibilities. Her tone softened slightly.

Rani: "Surak, Beshte, go see who it is. And be careful."

Surak: "Understood, Rani."

Beshte: "On it, Rani."

As Surak and Beshte approached the entrance, they spotted the clouded leopard. Beshte's eyes widened in recognition.

Beshte: "Yun Mibu! Is that really you?"

Yun Mibu smiled warmly.

Yun Mibu: "Beshte! Long time no see, my friend."

Surak looked between them, his brow furrowing.

Surak: "You two know each other?"

Beshte nodded, though his expression became more guarded.

Beshte: "Yeah. Yun Mibu helped us once when Kion was in trouble—got him off a cliff."

Yun Mibu: "Where are Kion and Fuli?"
