Today was a nigga's last court day. To say i was nervous was an understatement. I was scared as hell. We was sittin in the court room waiting on this judge. I looked over at Dani and she looked all cool and collected. I hope she got me off but jf she didnt I know she tried her best. Soon judge Paris came in. I wasn't really even listening to her. I was just thinking what if i do go to jail. I cant be nobody's prison wife. Just thinking about my son growing up without me. I dont know how long i was dazed but Dani nudged me and told me to stand up cause we about to get the verdict. "in the case of August Alsina the jury found him not guilty. After that i seen nothing but pure black.

I woke up to beeping noises. I felt something heavy on my arm and looked down to see Dani passed out. I just stared at her just thinking about how much she been here for me and my son. I really owe her one. I placed a kiss on her forehead. She slowly opened her eyes and looked up at me and gave me a slight smile. "your awake" she said quietly. "Yea baby what happened". "Well the judge told you your not guilty and you passed out". We both shared a laugh. "You feelin ok tho?" "Yea im straight". she stood up. "where you goin ma?" "Mable is outside waiting to see you so im gonna go get her". I shook my head and soon mable came in. "oh my poor baby.". i laughed she is just so dramatic sometimes. "im good m". "Yes that pretty girlfriend of yours got you off Scott free im so happy now you can focus on making her a wife and having more precious babies. And meeting the rest of your family boy they will love her especially those nieces of yours". "Slow down mable we just tryna get us right but i promise you all of that will happen later. I really do love her tho.". Mable looked shocked that i used the l word. "You love her aug". "yea she everythang any man could want I just wanna tell her i really feel" "Oh aug this young love is too cute but im gonna go gotta date." She said and stood up. Dani came back in with Aj. "look who I found". She said and put him on the bed with me. i kissed his head and watched him look around the room."Thank you so much Dani I cant thank you enough". "Its my job as a lawyer. You dont have to thank me but make me a promise. promise me you wont go back to that life..ever.".
