These past two months couldn't be better. Although Chris has been gone on tour. He is supposed to be coming back today he said he has a surprise for me. August took the kids with him to New York. He wanted them to see the big apple. So it's just me and my lonesome. I decided to clean up the house. Those kids trash everything. I was cleaning when I heard the doorbell ring. I put the broom down and went to answer it.

"Juice what you doing here". I said as I jumped on him. I havent seen juice in what felt like years.

"I came to see you I missed you"

"I missed you too". My voice started to crack and he brought us inside.

"Dani don't cry ma"

"I cant help it I missed you so much. I thought of you everyday"

"Well im here now so stop all that crying".

"Ok". I got down from him and sat on the couch.

"So what's been up with you juicy juice"

"Just helping my sister"

"How is she"

" good actually living well too her and her kids".

"Good you doing anything new"

"Yea I own a couple clubs now"

"Really thats great for you"

"Thanks I heard you got rid of September and date Chris brown "

I slightly rolled my eyes at what he called August.

"You know his name is August.. But yea we been dating for quite some time met his mom and everything"

"Mhm I know what that mean".

"What does is it mean juice please inform me"

"Means he might plan on popping that magic question". I wouldn't mind marrying Chris but I think it would be too soon.

"Well we will never know".

"I think you would say no"

"Why would I say no"

He sighed and rolled his eyes.

"We all know you still wanna be with Aug. you may not see that but I do. Can't nobody replace that man and you know it"

"Juice me and Aug are done"

"Sure Dani". I sat back and thought about what juice said. I mean I will always have a soft spot for August but he had his chance and blew it. I cant help that he messes up. Although he will always be in my life at least for the next 36 years. Till both kids are 18.

Me and juice chilled like are old selves and talked about everything till he got a call from one of his little birds.

Hubby:get dressed nicely a car will be by to pick you up in like 40 min luv you

Chris texted me. So I basically had to rush to get dressed and do my hair. I took a quick shower and lotioned up and put on my black lace bra and panty set. Then got dressed. (MM). I left my hair in its natural state and put mousse on it. I did light makeup. By the time all that was done the car was outside waiting for me.  I grabbed my clutch and walked outside to the car. The man helped me inside.

"So where are we going sir"

"Well little lady my boss told me not to tell you just sit back and enjoy the ride."
Of course Chris would tell him not to tell me. So I just sat back and enjoyed the ride. I dozed off till I felt a hand tap me.

"Were here ma'am". He helped me out the car.

"Thank you so much"

"Now Chris said follow the roses and see where it gets you"

"Ok have a good night"

"You too".  I looked at the ground and followed the rose petals till I came to a candle lit dinner.  It was so pretty. There was a note on the table.

I sat down and poured myself some cranberry juice in a champagne glass. I dont drink.  I was alone for about ten minutes.

"Wouldn't have a little just for this occasion".
I turned around and looked at him. He was wearing an all black tux with hints of red.  He looked amazing.

"You look amazing Chris"

"Thank you.. You look beautiful baby girl". He pecked my lips and took a seat in front of me. 

"So whats this for"

"Something nice You like it"

"I love it nobody had done this for me"

"Really"

"Yea"

"There's a first for everything ". He smiled and me and I returned the smile.  

The dinner was great.  We just talked about everything.

"I have one more thing for you miss Dani"

"What's that".  He pulled a box out his pocket and got on one knee in front of me. I swear I stopped breathing.

"Dani I've grown to love you so much. You dont care about my past and you are always there for me. I know that you will always have a spot for August but I want you to give me this chance to prove how much I love you. I never thought I would fall in love like this but im glad I did. I also wanna be there to see your kids grown into a great man and a amazing woman you and Aug raised them to be. I would never try to replace there dad but i've got a strong bond with both of them and I don't want that to be broken. I love you so much Dani and I wanna know will you marry me". He opened the ring box and there sat the most beautiful ring I have ever seen. I knew tears were running to down my beat to the gods face but I didn't care.

"Dani come on ma hurry up and answer my knee starting to hurt". I laughed at him and wiped my tears away.

"Baby I would love to marry you"

"So thats a yes"

"Chris thats a yes". He got up and picked me up in his arms.

"I love you so much Mr Brown"

"And I love you Mrs Brown"
