Today was my family dinner. August is gonna have to get along with Chris. Chris is such a good person. I don't see why August has a problem with him. Chris likes the kids and the kids like him. I think he just being jealous.

"Baby you look nervous". I said to Chris as he laid on the bed.

"Nah I just don't want nothing to happen you know how ex's are. They jealous as hell."

"August isn't crazy. Well that crazy he won't do anything. "

"You never know what goes through people's minds. But this gonna be a good day right?"

"I promise" I leaned down and pecked his lips. He smiled at me and I blushed.

"Ah I got you blushin"

"Be quiet and can you go to the store for me"

"Sure what you need". I texted him my list.

"I texted it to you. I have to get started on dinner then get ready and get the kids ready"

"Ok I'm gonna help you with them when I get back"

"Oh take Aj with you he needs a haircut"

"What you want done to it"

"Umm just trim his curls a little and get an edge up he wants to dye the top of his curls burgundy so also get that"

"Lil nigga gone get all the hoes"

We shared a laugh then I got Aj ready to go.

"Momma is daddy coming over today". I swear this boy don't wanna go a day without seeing his daddy.

"Yea but right now you going with Chris to the store and he is taking you to get a haircut and dye ok"

"You think daddy gonna like it"

"Yea but get it cause you like it ok"

"Ok momma".   I kissed him and let him dressed. I went to Mia room and seen her laying on Chris talking to him.
"You luh my mommy". I swear she talks just like August.

"Yea sure do"

"But what about my daddy she no luh him no more".  That kind of bothered me.  Of course I still love August just not in love with him.

"She does love your daddy and he loves her"

"Can I tell you something Chris"

"Yea"

"I luh you. Your my bestest friend"

"Aww I love you too MiMi". I smiled. She really was his best friend. They was always together.
"Mi lets get ready for dinner Chris has to go to the store".

"Ok mommy". I picked her up and kissed her cheek. While Chis stood up.

"Alright im gonna be back"

"Hurry back". He laughed and pecked my lips. Then left.

"Ok baby lets get you cleaned up and changed. I bathed her and lotioned her up and put her underclothes on.
"Ok baby girl what you wanna wear"

"My tutu"

"Tutu it is". I put on her black tutu, red shirt with a glitter tiara on it, silver glittery flats and put her hair in a bun.

"Aww my baby is so cute"

"Thanks mommy." I went to get dinner started. I decided to fix pasta shells stuffed with lobster, rolls, and salad. I sent Chris to get cookies.
