Meeting the momma

Today my momma finally get to meet my baby. Now my momma can be real distant to strangers but she been waiting to meet Dani. I know Dani nervous cause she been keeping herself occupied.

"Baby you cleaned that table like six times"

"Im sorry I'm sorta nervous to meet your mom"

"Babe she gone love you so just chill out alright". She nodded and walked in the kitchen. I felt something tap my leg and I looked down and seen it was Amia. I love this little girl so much. She keep me going. I ain't tryna replace her dad cause Aug is a great father but I do wanna have a bond with the kids.
"What you want lil mama". She reached her arms up meaning she wanted to be picked up. So I did just that.  She grabbed my face and tried to bite it.

"You stay tryna bite somebody". 

"Chrissy your cute"

"And you beautiful lil ma".    I went into the kitchen and seen Dani staring into space.

"You good in here"

"Oh yea im fine"

"Dani you need to relax she gone love you ok"

"Ok"

Dani pov

Chris just left to go get his mom from the airport.  I don't know why I am so nervous to meet her. I made a home cooked meal for her and cleaned the house.  I also bought her flowers just trying to be nice. 

"Momma are we getting a new granny". Aj asked me.

"Yes you are hopefully just remember to be nice to her and welcome her with open arms ok"

"Yes momma".   I kissed his cheek and he rubbed it off.

"Baby why you do that"

"Its nasty mama". I laughed at him. Just then the door opened meaning chris and his mom was here.  They soon came into the kitchen.

"Babe this is my mama,  mama meet my girl Dani ross an her kids Aj and Amia"

"Its so nice to finally meet you ms. Brown Chris has told me so much about you"

"Its great to meet you as well. Every Time me and Chris talk your all he talks about your kids are so precious."  She bent down to hug the kids. Amia being the friendly person she is went right in her arms so did Anthony.

"I told you she would love you" Chris whispered in my ear. I looked at him and smiled.

"Can we call you maw maw". Anthony asked.

"Of course baby".

"Kids let maw maw get settled in ok. I will get dinner started"

"Kay". They said and walked off. Chris helped his mom and went to get dinner started. My phone buzzed in my pocket. I took it out and seen Aug texted me.

What you doing later. Is what he texted me.
Im gonna be with Chris mom she just got in town why?. I swore I told him I was going to meet Chris mom.

August pov

Im gonna be with Chris mom she just got in town why?. What the fuck she mean why. Is they relationship that damn serious. She ain't gotta meet his mom. I know I said I wasn't gonna mess this up for her but dammit I want her back. I got interrupted by my doorbell. I put my blunt I was previously smoking out and went to answer the door.  I was shocked when I opened the door.

"Tina?"

"Oh my god Aug you really do live here I missed you so much". She wrapped her arms around me but I pushed her off me. Tina is Aj real mom but like I said before she walked on him and me.
