This information sent San into a frenzied state, and the one thing on his mind was to turn Wooyoung's house upside down for answers, because San did not know what went wrong. Did he do something? Was he not enough for the younger?
Of course not, Wooyoung is perfect. He's a hero, he's the main character who's cherished by everyone whilst he suffers in the darkness. His soul and heart slowly crippling to ashes. He slowly kills himself in silence in all his sorrow and pity while Wooyoung shines bright in the light. He thought he could hold onto Wooyoung for leverage, maybe Wooyoung could pull him out of the darkness and help him regain normal habits.
But no, Wooyoung's gone. After everything San went through he's stuck without Wooyoung by his side, he'd do anything at this point to have him back. Even after Wooyoung's betrayal.
Because in the end, Wooyoung is the only one who's made San feel even remotely human.
And lord save us when San figures out the truth behind Wooyoung's disappearance, and who's to blame for it all.

" He's not himself. "
" I know. He's a danger to not only himself but to us and the safety of our brothers and sisters. "
" What do we do then? He's one of our most treasured gang members. "
He paused, thinking, considering the choices and what's more right or wrong and what the consequences would possibly be.
" Find out what's bothering him, and I don't care how, but you will help him out of whatever place he's stuck in by either getting rid of what's bothering him or anything for that matter. Just, bring him back, the San we all know, the San who wasn't bothered by a single thing. The San who was heartless.. "
Kai grunted as the punching bag absorbed the force of San's blows. It was another workout session where Kai supported San, just like their previous one. Gripping the punching bag tightly, Kai braced himself as San delivered a series of punches and kicks. The intensity in San's expression was unmistakable; he was far from being in a state of happiness or satisfaction. Instead, his demeanor radiated sheer anger.
" What's gotten into you lately man?? You're fighting as if you're preparing for a war. " Kai grunted out breathily, he had to adjust his stance because San's kicks was so powerful that he kept losing his footing. One week now had passed, and in total... around fourteen days since Wooyoung disappeared. " What do you mean? " San replied calmly, delivering a specific punch that Kai could feel through the punching bag. The punching bag took most of the hit although that didn't stop Kai from feeling like San punched him directly in his stomach.
Kai stopped holding the punching bag steady, prompting San to pull back from his fighting stance. " I mean - you never put this much effort into fighting. You're fighting as if it actually means something. " Kai spoke, his eyes never leaving San's. Kai tried searching for anything in San's eyes, any answers. It was useless, because all he saw was emptiness. He hoped that one day when he'd look into his eyes he'd see pure joy.
" It does mean something, it means that we're preparing for potential gang war, which at this moment of time, is very likely of happening. " San spoke back, clearly avoiding the question, he resumed his fighting stance when Kai stopped him yet again.
" You know what I mean. " The latter spoke with a stern expression accompanying his face. San rolled his eyes at him, displaying unamusement.
