Yoongi looked at Skylar, his eyebrow raised slightly as he soaked in the new information he was just informed of. It explained alot and changed his view of Skylar. She still had hope for her big brother. " Shit. " Yoongi mumbles to himself. He suddenly turned around, and before Wooyoung even had a chance to stop him he was out of the chamber in seconds. Wooyoung assumed he was making a beeline for Mr. X to tell him the news, and he found himself slowly regretting the newfound information he'd just shared to Yoongi more and more as time slowly passed on.
Time lost it's meaning in there.
Wooyoung was gradually starting to lose his hope.
Time was rapidly running out.

" Coast is clear. " Changbin announces quietly after peeking both ways in the long, cold hallway to him and San who was waiting just outside. They were currently about to do something very stupid, something very risky and very stupid.
Standing outside the backdoor San knew very well, Changbin slowly opened the door fully, and let San in to the police station. It's in the middle of the night. San is not stinking and no longer covered in blood. He'd taken a shower, (albeit reluctantly) in Changbin's house after lots of convincing from the other end.
He didn't see the problem, he could really live just fine with blood all over him, but god forbid Changbin just had to make a scene over him getting the place all dirty n' all. So after Changbin tried to physically drag him there, gave up before opting on yelling nonstop at him San had had enough and decided to just get it over with.
It had actually been a while since San had been here at the station and nothing had really changed.
The white tiles on the floor were the same as last time, the white brick stone-plate indoor walls were the same. The neglected big plant in the red and yellow striped pot by the corner of the wall on the opposite end of the hallway which looked to be dehydrated and starving for water was the same.
Everything was the Same.
Except for one thing.
Wooyoung wasn't here this time.
San recognized the dents from where he'd hit his head repeatedly when he almost overdosed and came here, relying solely on Wooyoung to take care of him. The person in charge of maintenance in the building was repeatedly neglecting the problem ⎯ it seemed, as the indent had been here for months and not a single action was taken to cover it up. Not even a framed photo was hung for a weak attempt to hide it. Nothing.
He and Changbin continued down the corridor past all neighboring cubicles when they approached the very familiar cubicle owned by Changbin himself and dear Wooyoung who San greatly misses although the latter refuses to admit it to himself. Maybe he even doesn't recognize the feeling, maybe he doesn't know that the deep burning and great ache he feels day in n' day out in his chest is also known as heartache, and heartbreak.
It's no surprise however, because up until the last couple of months San had lived his life emotionless and incapable of expressing and receiving love. He wasn't able to relate to any of his brothers or sisters in Shax that expressed their sincerity and love for one's partner.
He'd constantly ask himself: " How can you ''love'' someone that much? Isn't it too much? They're just your partner. It really isn't that deep. " Without really knowing what he was talking about, although in his mind he was 100% sure he was right, because he always is.
He's always right about stuff, and no one opposes him. God forbid they do try opposing him they face lethal consequences. What San says equals what goes. And whoever tried opposing them would face his lethal wrath. That was until he met Wooyoung.
