i have already edited chapter 06 but for the story to flow more freely i've written that the police station consists of two buildings, one for the officers out protecting the city and one building where crime officers and 911 dispatchers etc stay in. (i know 911 isn't the emergency number in south korea but for the sake of this story just pretend it is lmao)

the building which officers out protecting and on duty has officers in the building 24/7 while the building consisting 911 dispatchers and officers mainly working on crime cases operate a little differently. they all have seperate sections or "wings" as i call it (which you'll also see throughout the story.) 911 dispatchers and crime officers work in seperate wings. there are always 3 or more 911 dispatchers on the job but crime officers work daily, rarely any officers work during the night unless they choose to. wooyoung and changbin at this point of the story are mainly crime officers, reason why is given later in this chapter.

for more detailed explanation and if you wish, you can reread chapter 06. :)

It had been years since he'd cared so much for someone, so much for someone he hadn't known long, yet made greater impact on his life than most in his circle.

His nails dug into his palms, his mouth furrowing as he realized that if they kept such evidence locked away, what more critical evidence could there be? What if they're hiding something?

If that was the case, and they were holding the golden ticket secret, god forbid San would get his hands on them. A sinister grin slowly forms on San's face as he imagines what he'd do to them, the menacing ways he'd force information out of them. Torture them.

Standing up, his voice as cold as ice, he whispers. " I'll kill them. "

" Woah woah WOAH! Slow your horses cowboy!!! " Changbin spoke, hurrying rather quickly over to the taller who seemed to be making his way pretty quickly across the room to the exit. " You will infact BE NOT killing ANYONE. " Changbin spurted out. He had his hand stretched out, prepared to gently but physically restrain him from walking any further.

He abruptly pulled his hand back when realizing what had happened previously, not wanting to anger the man further he pulled his hand back into his pocket and resulting to following beside San like that annoying sidekick every villain has. Changbin, with his small feet, was jogging beside San who was walking with long strides. He seemed to be obviously struggling to keep up as San seemed pretty determined.

" You're not actually being serious?!! " Changbin spoke, slowing down and standing behind him. San swiftly turned 180 degrees around to face him before quickly walking over, pushing him to the wall before getting up close and personal. " Have you seriously learnt NOTHING?! " He frustratedly asked, jabbing his pointer finger on the smaller's chest. Changbin's eyes widened, and leaned back as far as he could from San, but with the wall being right behind him and having a literal mountain infront of him he had nowhere to go.

" Those men, whatever their names were.. "

" Kenzo and Rui.. " Changbin muttered softly.

" Kenzo and Rui... they withheld critical evidence, what if they have more?! All for one of their stupid son of a bitch clubs?! " San spoke, his hands grab a hold of Changbin's shirt, shaking him as he shouted at him. Changbin's hands clenched into fists by his side. His heartrate stayed somewhat calm and steady despite the situation.
