I wake up and roll over on my bed, feeling around the bed for Javi but I'm met with cold sheets. I sigh and get up out of bed. Ever since I officially moved in, I feel like he's been slipping away from me.

We both agreed that moving in was a good idea especially since I was there majority of the time and the more obvious fact that we're engaged. Now it just feels like the honeymoon phase is over before it ever even started.

Seeing as it's only 9:00 AM, I grab my gym bag and go to the local gym. Javi always tells me to keep on top of that, that I should always have slim figure. He says it's so I always stay fit and healthy.

I sign in at the reception desk and go to the locker room to put away my gym bag. I say hi to my gym buddies, Lizzie, which is short for Melissa as we grabs our water bottles and go to the equipment.

Lizzie and I don't talk, we quite frankly know nothing about each other but we do know that we have each other in this male dominant gym. We both put in our ear phones and wave goodbye to each other before going our own ways.

I start on the treadmill and slowly progress to the weights as I listen to my music.

* . * . *

I go into the closet and decide to wear my green cargo pants with my red tank top, putting in my little hoop earrings that Javi bought me for our 1 year anniversary.

I go to the kitchen and start cooking some of my homemade macaroni and cheese, truth be told I spent majority of my cooking just so I can visit him at work. I don't get to see him much as I wish I could.

As I start adding the food into the individual Tupperware and taping the biodegradable utensils onto them. I decide that I should pack the leftovers too, incase the Tornado Wranglers are there. My quarrel is with Tyler, not the others.

I pack each group's lunch in different bags and head off to the car. I put the bags in the passenger seat beside me and crank up the radio as I hear the song 'Daylight' by Taylor Swift come on.

But as I hear Taylor sing the words 'I can still see it all in my mind. All of you, all of me, intertwined. I once believed love could be black and white, but it's golden' I think back to how Tyler looked at me yesterday as I spoke, his eyes never tearing a way.

I think back to how his golden locks peek out from under his cowboy hat and how his voice just pulled me in, made me feel vulnerable and made me feel safe all at once.

When I reach the work site, I see Javi talking to the crew with a woman beside him. A woman who I recognise as Kate Carter, one of Javi's oldest friends. He always talks about her and how she has a 'gift' for telling things.

I get out of the car, grabbing the food and walk up to Javi saying hi but Javi ignores me which causes everyone else to look at him suspiciously.

All of a sudden, we all turn at the sound of 'Ain't no love in Oklahoma' blaring and see the Wrangler truck coming. Tyler peaks his head out of his window and winks at me which makes Javi look between him and I.

I roll my eyes as tons of people crowd his truck, getting merchandise from his friends who were handing out t-shirts and mugs.

"I've brought food for everyone." I smile but Javi groans.

"Not right now, okay? We're busy." Javi says and slightly pushes me aside.

I walk away, putting the bag of food for his team down on the lunch table outside where they always eat.

"He shouldn't be treating you like that." I hear an obnoxious voice say behind me and I know immediately that it's Tyler. "You know it too, don't lie."

"I told you to stay out of it." I say, taking each of the Tupperware out of the bag and on the table.

'He's taking away that smile of yours.' Tyler leans his left arm against the table as his right one rest on his hip.

"What do you want? Why are you talking to me?" I say.

"I wanted to apologise, I overstepped yesterday and I just assumed that you were in an unhappy relationship."

"You wanted to apologise?" I say, raising my eyebrows at him as I fold up the empty bag.

"I did until I saw what just happened. I realised that I wasn't all that wrong. You can call me dangerous all you want, sweetheart but he's more dangerous for you than I ever was."

I roll my eyes at him and pick up the second bag of food, walking towards the truck. I can hear him follow behind me.

"What? Cat got your tongue?"

"Shut up, Owens. I don't know why my relationship is so god damn important to you but I'm telling you right now to stay the hell out of it." I spit out as I hand out the food to everyone.

"Thank you." Everyone says in union and I smile at them. I put Tyler's food on the little table they have and walk away knowing damn well that if I stay any longer I will loose my shit.

I get into my car and look through the window as Javi enjoys his lunch with his friends and he doesn't even look back to see me.

"You don't deserve this after moving across the country for him and not even being able to eat lunch with him." Tyler says as he knocks on my window.

I honk my horn at him and give him the finger before driving away from him with yet again, a heart that's beating fast for him.
