A Time Alone

Kanzaï's POV
Around 6 am I woke up, to get ready and leave but..
I didn't want to.

Beauty was just next to me, still sleeping. I couldn't resist her, she was adorable ! Her long hair was all over her face. Cute.
I was supposed to leave so that no one sees me but i couldn't.. her bed was so comfy and her too but I didn't have a choice.

After being prepared, I kissed Beauty on the forehead and I left by her window. I was hoping that one day, I could be with her officially and that no one would separate us.

(On Beauty's side)

Beauty's POV
9 am :
I woke up with a sleepy face but happy one because I slept with Kanzaï, i was so happy ! I then realized that he wasn't here anymore.
I was quite sad but it's normal, I didn't want him to have problems.

10 am :
I have a royal meeting to talk about my future queen role and I have to dress good but not extra formal too. I decided to wear a little sky blue dress with thin straps, white thigh-highs, black ballerina shoes and long elegant white gloves.

I headed to the royal meeting room and I saw my parents and other right arms waiting for me, i excused myself for my little lateness and went to my respective seat.

My dad nodded accepting my lateness.

- It's alright honey, now let's get to the meeting.

We talked a lot about me and about my perfect qualities of the future Peacock ruler.
I had to spell the 100 rules of the Clan, it was long but worth it.
After 2 hours of meeting, I walked to my room tired, I just wanted to feel my pillow, I didn't care if it was lunch time, I was sleepy.

(In Kanzaï's room)

Kanzaï's POV
- Pff.. I'm bored.
I was looking everywhere but I had nothing to do, I hated it.
I decided to go bother Beauty (woah, so unexpected 🙃) because it was funny to mess with her and make her blush.
I then left to the kingdom quickly making sure not being caught this time.

(At the kingdom)
When I opened her window she wasn't there, I found it weird but I went inside and got in her bed. When she'll be back, I'll surprise her. (15 000 of fine and 1 year of jail for a private propriety invasion Kanzaï 😂😐)

(Kanzaï's mind)
- I'm a genius, I smiled to myself. (No you're not idiot.)

2 hours later : (timeline when the meeting's done)
I heard Beauty come back in her room and closed the door.
- I'm so tired.. I heard her say.
- Huh ? What's that ?
Beauty went closer to her bed confused about her blanket shape since it wasn't like that when she left earlier.
She took her blanket in her hand and pull it off.
She found Kanzaï in her bed, a smirk on his lips, with intense golden eyes full of amusement because of the situation.

- Kanzaï what are you doing here..? she asked red.
- I just came to see my sweetheart.
- S-shut up..

Kanzaï laughed.

- Anyway, I came 2 hours ago and you weren't there, mind telling me where you were ? (So polite 🫢) I was bored without you, I smiled and winked at her.

Beauty was still blushing.

- I.. was on a royal meeting..
- You took your time seriously, I sat down on the bed and looked at her.
- Well, when you have to tell all of the 100 rules of the Clan, It's quite normal it takes time, idiot.
- Me ? An idiot ?
- Yes.

Kanzaï chuckles and rolled his eyes playfully.

- Whatever but shame to be you.
- I said shut up !
- Make me, I smirked.

Beauty jumped on me to push me but when we opened our eyes, she was on top of me.
The both of us stayed there, looking at each other with red faces and widen eyes.
It's been only 2 minutes but it felt like an eternity..
