He was shocked to see her in distress, looking pale and weak, leaning on support as if without it she would pass out at any moment. What had happened to her ? His thoughts came on halt when she spoke

"Stay away from me," she repeated in a breathy voice, pulling the slide back on the semi-automatic pistol.

"Ms. Rajvanshi, see, I am Mr. Rathore, Abhimanyu, Avantika's brother," He said, throwing his hands in the air.

"Mr. Rathore... please... take me..." she said, and the pistol dropped from her hand.

She had fainted due to the high fever, headache, and lack of a proper meal for days. He picked her up in a bridal style, made her sit in the car, and took her to his penthouse. While driving, he also called a doctor.

He laid her down on the bed and sprinkled some water on her face, but there was no movement. He removed her sandals and coat, then checked her temperature. It was 104 degrees. He panicked and suddenly the doorbell rang.

"Sorry, Doctor Uncle, for disturbing you so late, but it's urgent," he said in a panicked voice.

"It's okay, but where is the patient?" Dr. Suryawanshi asked, giving him an assured look.

"Here," he said, leading him to Shivnya.

"Uncle!" he exclaimed as he saw Raghuveer stunned after seeing her.

"Shiviiii, what happened to her, and how is she here?" Raghuveer asked in a panicked voice, moving closer to her.

"Do you know her?" Abhimanyu asked, but Raghuveer had already started checking her.

"She has a very high fever, which means she might also have a migraine," Raghuveer said. Abhimanyu watched her with pain in his eyes, feeling helpless.

Raghuveer prepared a syringe with some liquid and was about to inject her when Abhimanyu shouted, "Uncle, wait!"

"What?" Raghuveer asked.

"I think she has some medical history," he said while sitting next to her.

"I am her doctor, and I know all about her medical history," Raghuveer remarked sarcastically.

"Oh, okay," Abhimanyu said and held her hand.He injected her with insulin and, after performing some more checks, they both left the room. Throughout the entire time, Abhimanyu either held her hand or watched everything intently, understanding and absorbing the situation.

"Uncle, what happened to her?" he asked once they were in the hall.

"First, tell me where you found her," Raghuveer demanded sternly.
