Hallway

-This book will be using you, Me, I for Y/N's perspective-

I was walking in the hallway before class started in 5 minutes. 

Some SOCs bumped into me in the hallway knocking my stuff out of my hands. "Damn it!"  I hurriedly picked up my stuff to meet my friend.  

But once I saw her she was with her boyfriend. Todd.  "Hey sweendy!"  I shouted a little to get her attention.  She turned around.  "Hey y/n! Is it okay if we talk later? Me and Todd are gonna go hit a quicky?"  

"Oh yeah, no problem"  You smiled.  

For the past few weeks she had been with her boyfriend non-stop and I barely got to see her.  As I had just been moved up to 10th grade she was my only friend in the grade. As I was turning back I saw this boy in a blue shirt with a grey jacket and dirty shoes looking at me. 

I smiled and headed into class.  

"Hello class,  Let's welcome in Ponyboy and Y/N who have been bumped up to your grade. Please make them feel welcomed"  Me and Ponyboy took the the desk with the 2 empty chairs towards the back.  "Your that guy I saw in the hallway right?"  "Yeah"  "Did you need something?"  "Oh no," 

"PonyBoy huh?"  "Yeah I know its kinda a dumb name"   "No I think it's cute" You smiled at him casuing his to blush. 

Over the next few days leading upto Friday me and Ponyboy got pretty close. Friends. I would say, He was really funny and sweet. I could tell he was kinda a loner. I sat with his and his friend Johnny at lunch.

"Hey Pony!"  I stopped him in the hallway.  "Yeah?"  "Do you wanna come to this party tonight the socs are hosting?"  "Your a soc?"  "No way in hell! But my friend is and she told me to invite people. Do you wanna come?"  He looked  over at Johnny. 

"You can bring him too.  And whoever you like!? A girlfriend or..?"  "Or no, I don't have a girlfriend. But I'll see"  "Okay thanks"  I gave him the note with the address and time on it.  "Oh and where whatever you'd like, A t-shirt and pants is fine"  "Ok"  "Did you hear that man!? She called you Pony"

I was getting ready for the party. I put on some black shorts with a cute top and some converse  They didn't live far from me so I was just gonna walk to the party. 

As I was walking I heard laughing and grunting.  

I walked towards the noise and came around a corner to see Pony and Johnny getting jumped by some Socs.  "Hey! Stop!"  They didn't listen. I reached into my bra and grabbed out a pocket knife.  I cut one of the SOCs arms.  "If you don't get out of here I'm going to do worse than a pathetic cut!" 

They all ran away.  "Oh my Gosh Pony! Are you guys okay?"  I helped them out.  Johnny wasn't as hurt.  But Pony was bleeding badly in the face. "Sit here I'll be right back!"

"Stay put!" I ran to the store and bought an ice back, Some cloth to wrap around  his face and burning/numbing cream.  "Okay, I'm back! They didn't have peroxide but they had some rubbing alcohol.."  "No, no! I'm not using that!"  "Pony it's gonna be fine. Do you wanna die by an infection?"  

"..."  "Exactly. Now don't move. And Johnny I can look at you after okay?"  He just nodded. 

I sat Infront of Pony and cut some of the cloth off.  I poured some alcohol on it and put it to Ponys face.  "Ah fuck!" He whinsed.  "It's okay"  I resureaned him. After I wrapped his cheek up.  I was laughing a little.  "What, Do I look stupid"  "Kinda" I laughed. 

I looked at Johnny and just to be safe I put some on his but put a bain-aid on him.  "I also got some smokers and a lighter. Here"  We sat there smoking together for a bit.  "I gotta get home Pony.  See you two tomorrow?"  "Tomorrow?"  "Pony tell eh"  "Oh ok. Goodnight and be safe!" 

"So, What's happening tomorrow?" "There's this uh.. Drive in and I wanted to know if you wanted to go?"  "As a date?"  "NO! I mean, No. Unles-" "yes I'll go on a date with you Pony"  

We were both blushing.  "So uhm. Goodnight than?"  "It's 10 at night. Are you sure your gonna be good because our couch is free?"  "I'm good Pony but thanks" 

"Are you totally sure!?"  "If it makes you stop worrying I'll sleep over"  "Are you gonna ask your parents?"  "Nah, I'll get in trouble for it tomorrow. Are you gonna ask yours?"  His tone changed.  "Uhm.. My parents are dead"  "Oh I'm so sorry!"  "No it's okay. Not your fault and you didn't know. We should go now before that Soc you cut tries to get us back"

I agree and we stand up to walk back.  "That was pretty badass"  "Thanks"
