I slowly woke up, the red shining of the sky hitting my face.
I look up and look for my ally. .. huh. She woke up already.
I sigh and just get up. It's a new day. And a busy one. Per usual.
I'm stopped by Roselia. .. she has a small container in her hands.
"Good morning! You goin out now, right? Here! ^^"
She handed me the container.
"...what's in it?"
"Oh y'know, just food I made for you Incase your hungry? :3"
...
"Thanks."
I smiled and just took the container from her hands gently.
".. I'll be off."
I walk through the door as I hear her goodbyes behind me.
The door closes.
....
It's just the daily routine now isn't it?
I walk back to a warehouse, hoping it's not filled with agents of anything.
It was probably.. ...I don't know, a few meters away. But doesn't matter. I'm used to walking anyway.
Once I get 'home', I find it empty. Wow, a week without anyone breaking in? What a streak.
I sigh as I finally get to sit down on the make-shift chair I made and just. Breathed.
Damn, probably the last chance I get to do that.
I open the container Roselia gave me. A fresh scent is immediately hitting my nose.
I take a bite and just calm down. I love her cooking.. just like comfort food..
I just get to enjoy myself for a few minutes until I'm done eating. Now I just make sure to bring back the container at midnight..
I stand up, grab my weapons, and leave.
Throughout the day, I spent most of my time looking for food, getting more weapons, killing people, and just walking around the endless wasteland of Nevada.
And then I find one of those tall buildings those agents have. I just go in the ones that are empty. .. or filled with corpses. Their easier to loot without any scars or bullet holes.
As I was going back to base, I could see. That girls base from afar. ... ..wouldn't hurt to peek.
I went over a crept up to a window. ...huh. no one seems to be home?
Oh well, who cares, I won't.
I go back to the front entrance and put my head against the door..
.. sound.
I just sigh and open the door, looking around.
At first I didn't really see anything.
I heard a gun reloading.
I quickly turned my head to the noise.
...
"Oh wait- hey-"
Oh. .. the girl.
"Hey."
