I was rushing to find something to wear for tonight, probably shouldn't have waited till the last minute. Sherry is supposed to be coming over in an hour for makeup and hair. I found a close fitting black dress and tried it on but it was like a second skin so I decided not to wear it, more than likely Sherry bought it because she is crazy. After trying on a few more outfits I finally decided on a black shorts and white top with black decoration. I found a pair of black heels and figured Sherry would bring me some accessories.
Tonight is my first date with Tristan and I'm really excited. We're going on a double date with Sherry and Ross mostly because they have cars. No one would tell me where we're going and I don't think Sherry knows either, Ross is supposed to be picking us up but not knowing is killing me.
"I have arrived!" Sherry screamed as she entered my room. "Why are all these clothes on the floor? Why do you look like you need something to wear? Please tell me you picked something."
"Yes Sher I did." I said before she started to freak out. Why is everyone I know so dramatic?
"What are you wearing?" She asked probably to fix whatever mess she thinks I created.
"It's on the chair over there."
"Ooooh this is cute. Ok let's get started." She said excitedly, this is going to be a long day but it'll be worth it.
After hours of hairspray, makeup and pain I was finally ready. The boys weren't supposed to come for another hour but Sherry needed time to get ready to. As I looked in the mirror I admired what she had done. I have to say I look good. She cut my hair in a style and put in red dye that's supposed to last until the next time I wash my hair. Im wearing the outfit I chose along with a small black purse Sherry brought and red accessories. My makeup is heavy even though I tried to avoid it, I have on lots of eyeliner and mascara and deep red lipstick. Sherry chose to wear the black dress I thought was too tight as she came out of the bathroom I had to admit she made it work. The dress was still tight on her but it looked nice and came to mid thigh. She was wearing pink heels and accessories with a pink bag. She only had on pink lipstick though and no other makeup.
"Why did I have to wear makeup?" I asked annoyed.
"Because it goes with your outfit."
Then my brother opened the door to my room and said the guys were here. He have us a look then walked away not saying anything else and I'm actually happy about that.
"Hey." We said as we got in Ross Lamborghini.
"Hey." They said as we got in.
"So can you-"
"No." Ross cut me off before I could say anything,"you'll find out when we get there."
"Fine."
He drove downtown and we went to a casual restaurant. We had wings and different food, nothing fancy, really good though. It was fun and totally our style instead of something romantic and cliché. Then we went and watched Jurassic World that was great to, I almost cried when the raptors died though, they were awesome. Finally we went to a nearby beach and walked, all romantic and stuff and we lost Ross and Sherry somewhere but that definitely wasn't a problem.
"I had a great time." I said as we walked back up the beach with my shoes in my hand.
"So did I." Tristan said.
"It was not what I expected but the most fun ever."
We continued to talk about the evening as we walked back to the car to wait for Ross and Sherry. For a first date that was pretty awesome I could stay with him forever. No more boring just excitement and happiness I thought as we drove back home. This was a change for the better, friends, food and fun life couldn't get better.
