I hope you have faith in me ; believe that everything I told you before was all true.

"I'd always have you falling on your knees begging for my love" He says greedily.

"Oh don't flatter yourself. Nobody likes you." I try to hold back my smile. The smile that was always there when he was around.

He has always had that cocky personality. He thinks everybody adores him.

And sometimes I just wish that it wasn't always like that. That he wasn't always right.

It's true. That everybody adores him.

The way he walks; the way he talks; the way he smiles, showing a toothy grin.

The way he frowns when he sees people sad.

The way he charms his way into class when the teacher's already mad.

The way his eyebrows furrow when he's forced to read a novel.

The way he smiles when he gets to solve a puzzle.

The way he stares at the sky while it's colours are changing.

The way he finds everything simple, amazing.

"Everybody likes me! You like me. Right?" he says, eyebrows furrowed and a smirk forming

I roll my eyes.

"Maybe I do? Would it even matter to you?"

He takes his precious time to cross the room to get to me and when he did he hugged me. And whispered..

Softly, carefully, freely.

"Everything about you matters to me."
