This is an no-quirk AU. They are all just regular people with regular lives. However that isn't to say that they do not excel in certain things. In this AU, Izuku Midoriya is a 2nd year student who, since youth, has always been emotionally intelligent and aware, making him excel when it comes to things like expressing himself in subjects that involve writing and creativity. He loves his understanding of the deep emotions of others, he wants to look into peoples minds, to better understand them and feel more connected to the life that surrounds the earth and the earth itself.
Katsuki Bakugo is quite the opposite, Katsuki is a bitter asshole who is known for his egotistical behaviour. Everyone knows Katsuki, and everyone knows about how Bakugo Katsuki is an intimidating asshole and yet, they also know that he has every reason to flaunt his every move as he is an all star student who is the living image of greatness and strength. Katsuki flaunts his strength and power by dominating people in the ring, his body being a constant vessel of anger and fury as he takes down every opponent without breaking a sweat. What people don't know is that the reason Katsukis life revolves around boxing and violence is because it's the only way he knows how to process his thoughts and feelings. Not many people actually go and see him outside of school to box his opponents, it's not like he was on a team or anything. He just played matches in their local competitive boxing house. He went there so often, that each employee knew his first and last name and he visited so often that Katsuki might as well consider them his second home, even though he gagged a little bit at the idea. Anger and dominance was all the boy knew. It was how he got by all these years, so why on earth would there be something wrong with it now?
