Ohk so I'm sorry for saying ohk a lot so yeah I love anime well most anime but my favourite are:
1.sword art online (including alfiem online and gun gale online)
2.bleach
3.souleater
4.blue exorcist
5..... Mental blank

So I'll explain what they are well what a few are

Sword art online is an anime about a teenage boy by the name of kazuto Kirigaya who buys the new game for nerve gear (virtual reality console) sword art online which is a VMMORPG (virtual ....... Role playing game)
He also happens to be a beta test so he got it a phew months before everyone else , so on the first official launch date of the game 4,000 people log in. (Maybe true but I don't know) kazuto is one of the last to log in on that day (May also be true) but after a hours kazuto (kirito is his username which is the first four letters of his last name and the last two letters of his first 'kiri'gaya kazu'to')
Realises that there is no log out button in the system menu. Suddenly he gets teleported to the first town with all the other 4,000 players, a hooded figured materialises in the sky and explains that he is the game designer ......... (Can't remember his exact name) but he also explains that he has made it a death game meaning that if you die in the game you die in real life (can't log out either)
.and the only way to get out is to 'beat' the game by defeating the boss on each floored eincrad ( and by the way the game is set in a floating castle that has a hundred floors).
So kirito heads of to beat the game, he encounters enemies , friends and even romance.
