Dragons and Oni

Using something I saw in DR once. Don't worry not in season 2. (I'm refusing to watch anymore spoilers with that season) I skimmed and accidentally found out stuff through the fucking wiki. Im not joking, I was researching for the moon one and that occurred. Anyway, small chapter as it's a Lloyd one.

Lloyd groans as he turns away from the TV. 

“Lloyd?” Kai looks over from the chair, and watches Lloyd curl up into himself. 

“Fuck.” Kai gets up and goes up to his brother, and slightly staggers back upon seeing blood beginning to stain the sheets. 

“Kai.” Lloyd looks up at Kai's palling face. Kai's legs buckled and he looked at the door. 

“Lloyd, I'm going to get Wu!” Lloyd listened to the heavy thuds of Kai leaving. He glances at the sofa, the soft foam slowly being encased in darkness. 

(Stay up) The sharp pain sliced into his back, and he gave a weak whimper. 

(Ok, maybe sleep will be better… .I'm pretty tired.) He blinked and suddenly everything blurring became black and all his pain subsided.

“Master Wu!” Kai slid the door and Wu stopped pouring tea. 

“Yes, Kai?” 

“Lloyd!” Wu gets up.

Lloyd feels himself float around the void. Well, feels is a strange word? Lloyd's eyes moved as suddenly a green creature emerged, slithering from the darkness towards him. It stopped as it reached Lloyd, and Lloyd's empty void raised his eyes to the dragon's. A pair of blue? It stared at him and then turned. Lloyd reaches his arm out and the brown dragon glances at him, and swings its tufted yellow tail. 

(Who are you little human, and have you seen my son?) Lloyd's body tilts sideways. 

(Confused and in pain… .we shouldn't have come to this realm if it was going to affect a few.) Lloyd's body was upside down now. 

(Your mind isn't connected, too much pain, but I will stay here as that passes… .I have to find him, but also need to find the enemy… .You are the son of Garmadon, correct?) Lloyd raises his arm, turns it around to look at it, and soon blinks. 

“Yes?” The dragon's blue eyes softened. 

(Mind is returning, so you won't be able to hear me) 

“Wow.” Lloyd's eyes widen, his mind reminding him he isn't supposed to hear a dragon speaking. 

(From my knowledge you have sent the Oni back, but one, he came back.. .you can help me find him, he is  *!@¥,) 

Lloyd's eyes opened back up and he lifted himself from a pillow, to then regret everything as his back set itself ablaze. He even felt… .movement? 

“Woah, slow down.” Lloyd's head turns to Kai, holding a glass of water. Lloyd felt his parched lips. 

“Here, I didn't expect you to wake up.” Lloyd sits up, still gripping the pillow as his back moves? Lloyd chugs the water and places back down and soon notices his black hands. 

“How long was I out!” Kai looks at him, looking at his claws. 

“10 hours.” Lloyd's eye twitches and his mind returns to the things on his back. 

“Do I have-”

“Yeah, but hey, you can tease Jay about being able to fly.” Lloyd smiles at Kai and then stands. 

“Woah!” Kai catches Lloyd, and Lloyd pitched his eyes as the wings ached. 

“How long is that going to last?” Kai sighs and pets Lloyd's head, and bumped into something. 

“Horns?” Lloyd frowns and places his own hand through his lockes. 

“Holy shit.” He goes back down, and nearly screeches as his wings touch the sofa. 

“Kai, I got the covers all washed…” Cole walks in and places the blankets onto the chair. Lloyd looks at him and Cole jumps slightly as he spots Lloyd. 

“How is he feeling?” Cole looks to Kai. 

“I feel good, my back hurts.” Lloyd admits and tries moving his wing so he can sit better. 

“So what happened while I was out?” Lloyd looks at Cole. 

“Well, me, Zane, and Nya went on a mission… .a robbery occurred.” Lloyd nods. 

“But besides that, nothing.” Cole rubs his head a little and Kai gives Lloyd a new blanket. 

“Thanks” Lloyd wraps it around himself and with some pillows makes a sort of nest. Kai looks at Cole. 

“Green ninja stuff.” He shrugged and Lloyd looked at them. 

“Where is everyone?” 

“Jay is still sleeping from yesterday's events? Nya is out with Pixel, and Zane is talking to Wu about your new features.” Lloyd looks at his new wings, green of course, but he liked the golden flaps. 

“On brand.” He notes and Kai and Cole smile. 

“Yep, now let's get something to eat. I'm hungry.” Cole says and Kai looks at Cole. 

“I'm cooking then, Lloyd, what do you want to eat?” Lloyd feels his mouth water. 

“Erm, something with meat?” Cole looks at the green ninja. 

“Alright, Cole come on, you're helping… .maybe I can show you how to actually cook duck.” Cole playfully leers. 

“My cooking isn't that bad.” Lloyd watches them leave and slumps into his nest? Why did he make the covers look like this? He then spots the remote. 

“Yes.” He starts flickering as a thought crosses his mind… .the dragon. It told him something, right? FSM why can't he remember? 

“Oni.”

“My son” 

Only words he remembers as he flips channels. 

“Well, guess another threat is coming.” He says and places his talon-like hand in his hair, where his new horns were. 

“And of course, it has to be a challenge against me.” He settles himself in the blanket nest and watches some Fritz Donnegan movie.

Lloyd- well shit here comes another threat.

Meanwhile Cole and Jay- have a whole sidequest occurring, ft Jaya.

Pfft, that's the plot. Also there was a ditched scene in this, sadly, I think I'll use it later though. It was a scene where Cole talks to that dragon instead of Lloyd.
