Jay chapter. And I know I need to get back to Plot now. Yippie, back to murder... .wait. *Looks at Cliff* Murder mystery type of story!

Jay paced in his room as he debated what to do. 

“Ok, so I grew wings… .now what?” He turns. 

*Thuds* 

He bites his lip and looks at the books now on his floor. 

“Ok, Jay… .let's sit down and figure this out.” He gets onto his bed and faces his mirror. 

(My torso has so many scars) He shakes the thought away and looks at the wings. Both blue, with lightning like yellow lines around the flaps? 

(Is that what they are called?) He feels the skin-like wing and feels his body tingle. 

“Woah… .that's a nerve-wreaker.” He giggles and tries moving them. He only moved the very edge. 

“Hmm…. .maybe they are like baby wings.” He frowns and lays down, and immediately flips himself over, off his new wings. 

“Hate to break them on the first day.” He says and tries again at moving them, but only gets a weak feeling of it sliding on his back. Accompanied by some stinging. 

“Wonder if this happened to anyone else besides me and Lloyd? …Wasn't Lloyd growing wings?” He squints and looks to his door. 

“Guess, I should get help… .or maybe fly.” His eyes sparked at the idea. He always dreamed of it after all! His wings even fidgeted at the idea. 

“Guess you two like that.” He said and then looked at himself in the mirror. His mind thought back, and to the movie. The scene where his dad grew in the film. 

“Just like that movie…. .He came home and new changes occurred!” 

“Yes, being a nerd came in handy!” 

“Jay, can you shut up?” Jay leered at his door. 

“Sorry Kai, I'm enjoying myself!” He then hears his door and quickly dives down beside his bed. Kai smiles. 

“Were you nude or something?” 

“No!” Jay lifts his head and soon sees Kai's eyes widen. 

“Oh… .fuck.” Jay goes back down. 

“You saw nothing.” Kai looks at the bed and closes the door. He soon walks up to Jay. 

“So, this is why Cole was complaining about you sleeping in.” Jay brings his head up. 

“This is cool right?” Kai looks at the wings. 

“Honestly yes, but when and.. .how did you get wings?” Jay shrugs. 

“I have no idea…. .I was in massive pain last night, and boom wings… .10/10.. .I wouldn't recommend it to people with low pain tolerance.” Kai nods and sits down on Jay's bare bed. He squints. 

“I have to ask, what did you do with your sheets? ..Lloyd was a bloodbath.” Jay glances under his bed. 

“I took care of that.” 

“Right, want me to go get Nya… .Lloyd was out of it and well, I can kinda tell you haven't had medical help.” Jay glances in his mirror and at the base of his wings, seeing scarred over wounds. 

“I'm fine, but um.. .I kinda do want Nya, but can you help me clean first… .I kinda can't with these.” Kai lowers his head. 

“Now I hate that I came in here.”
