Astro was a panicking mess in his room, trying to find his sleeping hat. It got lost when he just woke up. "Where is it.. Where is it!!" He looks everywhere in his room, his hat nowhere to be seen. Astro groans, not wanting anyone to see him looking so fucking bald.
He hears a knock on his door, getting worried. "Hello?.." Astro says slowly. "Hi, Astro! It's me, Dandy! Do you wanna hang out today? I'm pretty bored.." He hears Dandy's voice behind the door, starting to worry even more. "Uh, not now! Maybe later?.." Astro hopes Dandy will agree. "Pleaseeee!!" Dandy begs. "You're the only one I'm counting on right now!"
"What do I do, what do I do!!" Astro thinks in his head. "That's it, I'm coming in!" Dandy says, trying to open the door. "NO! I mean- Not now!" Astro prevents the door from opening. "But why? Are you hiding something from me?" Dandy asks, suspicious about Astro. "Yes- I mean- No.. Yes! No.." Astro sweats.
Then suddenly, the door bursts open, Dandy looking up at Astro with his eyes widening as his jaw drops.

"WHAT THE FU- I mean! WHAT THE GUACAMOLE?!?!?" Dandy yells, covering his eyes. "Shhhh! I don't want anyone else to see me like this.. You weren't even supposed to be in here!" Astro whispers. "I'm sorry! I really didn't know! You could've just told me!" Dandy says, still covering his eyes.
"I didn't want you to know.. It's embarrassing!" Astro sighs. "Alright.. So.. Maybe I can help you find your hat!" Dandy removes his hands from his eyes, still disturbed from how bald Astro looks. "Really?.." Astro smiles. "Yes, really!" Dandy nods quickly. Astro's mood brightens, smiling a lot now and a little bit of blush. "Thank you, I appreciate it.." Astro says quietly. "No need to thank me! That's what friends always do!" Dandy gives a thumbs up. "Heh. Okay." Astro chuckles.
12 minutes later
"Maybe this can cover up your head!" Dandy puts a random top hat on Astro. "I look kinda dumb.." Astro mumbles. "Hey, at least no one will see you without a hat! Do you wanna go out there with no hat or what?" Dandy frowns. "Fine, I'll just wear this for now.." Astro looks down. "Good!" Dandy's smile appears again. The both of them exit Astro's room as they walk down the hall. "Gardenview is huge.. Are we ever gonna find it?" Astro speaks up. "I'm sure we will! Don't ya worry, Astro!" Dandy replies. Astro nods, looking down again, embarrassed that he's wearing a goofy ahh top hat.
"Tisha, have you seen Astro's hat?" Dandy asks Tisha, walking up to her while she was cleaning some shelves. "No why- WHAT THE?" Tisha looks at Astro, shocked of how different he looks. "I just suddenly lost my hat, okay? This wasn't intentional!" Astro says, turning red from embarrassment. "Oh, I understand that. Sometimes my feather duster goes missing too!" Tisha nods. "I'm glad you do.." Astro smiles slightly. "Okay, no more chit-chat! We're supposed to be finding Astro's hat! NO distractions! Bye, Tisha!" Dandy waves goodbye, leading Astro somewhere else. "Oh! Bye guys!" Tisha waves back.
They've been looking around and asking others for an hour already and they still haven't found Astro's hat yet.
"I don't think we're ever gonna find it.." Astro says, slowly losing hope. "No! We're gonna find it soon, I promise! Don't give up yet. We got this!" Dandy encourages. "I'm trying not to give up.. But.. It's just kinda difficult." Astro says. "Hmm.. Do you wanna take a nap in your room? I'll help you find it myself!" Dandy suggests. "Wha- Are you sure, Dandy?" Astro blushes. "100% Sure!" Dandy beams.
"Alright then.. I'll- Uhh.. See you later!" Astro walks away. "Bye, Astro!" Dandy waves bye to him.
Hours later, Astro wakes up from his nap, forgetting about his hat until he saw the top hat on his bedside table. "Oh.. Right.." Astro sighs. He heard a knock again, putting on his top hat as he opens the door in one swift motion. "Dandy?" Astro tilts his head. "Heya!.. I finally found your.. Hat." Dandy hands Astro his purple sleeping hat, exhausted from asking others and running around Gardenview. "Thanks! You.. Alright?" Astro asks, concerned for Dandy. "Yeah, I'm alright. No worries." Dandy laughs weakly. "You seem tired. Do you wanna sleep for a while? Perhaps in my room?" Astro opens the door wider for him. "...Okay." Dandy walks in.
"I'll give you a good dream so that you can rest well." Astro says, letting Dandy lay down on his bed as he closes his eyes and uses his magic on him. After he opened his eyes again, he could see Dandy sleeping peacefully. It was pretty cute to him. He smiles softly, going onto the bed with him. He could feel Dandy moving a little when he felt Dandy's arms wrap around him.
"Thank you for helping me.." Astro whispers before falling asleep while cuddling with him on the bed.
