[Ch 11]:[The Meeting Between N and A]

[With Nile....... From Days Ago]+(Cafe)

In the large city called Belle City is the biggest city in the interstellar planet, where Nile Oriana Ajey lives. Somewhere in the parts of the city, Nile was sitting at the seat with his iced-coffee on the table and was waiting for Aaron.

Nervousness was all over his body but it was not that visible and his forehead was sweating profusely and wiping it using a handkerchief.

While waiting for Aaron. Nile was thinking about his son, Clay, who is at the Beast Hunt Event and couldn't be at the event as there were too many things happening for him. And he couldn't absent his work and lead for the entire company declining.

But Nile does not want to be an absent parent to his only child and Clay was a young teenager and is in his teen stage of rebellion.

Then his thoughts were put to the side when he saw Aaron enter the cafe with the doorbell attached above the cafe door ringing. When Nile looked from behind him.

Nile's eyes widened and nearly dropped his jaw to the ground when he saw how much Aaron had changed over the years and he looked extremely handsome with an aura of regal and was in disbelief.

And when did Aaron become such a masculinity of a handsome man any unmarried omega would fall for Aaron.

But things got awkward because Nile was wearing formal attire and Aaron was wearing a casual entire and it was never mentioned on what to wear.

And Nile wanted to be polite by being gentle towards Aaron as he helped Aaron sit on the other chair and other people in the cafe thought that they were on a date.

"Shall we talk about business, Mr. Strife?," Nile said in a calm tone, towards Aaron with a smile and to cut the air of awkwardness between the two of them.

Aaron was reserved but is secretly over the moon to see Nile again for many years they hadn't seen each other and Aaron had changed and got real help and would not do anything bad.

"Yes, We should talk about partnering together," Aaron replied back, Nile brought out the Document Agreements for Aaron to read and whether he agrees or disagrees.

The conversation was simple to comprehend without jargon words and Nile made sure that Aaron was engaged in the conversation but noticed that Aaron couldn't stop staring at him and it's only been six minutes.

Nile had made sure that he did not make eye-contact with Aaron as they were only doing business and then Nile asked if Aaron wanted to eat something and he would be the one paying.

Which surprised Aaron by his thoughtful offer and was blushing that is not visible for Nile to see, Aaron nodded his head and would like to have something to eat.

They haven't stopped the conversation and the waiter was writing down the orders that Aaron had picked from the menu and the waiter said that it would take a few minutes for his food to be ready. As the waiter left the table towards the kitchen.

Afterwards they continued talking about business and we're agreeing and had a few disagreements but Nile and Aaron couldn't help as they both casually conversed with each other leisurely.

About money, resources, mechas, etc... that would be benefitted by both sides.

Nile couldn't help but was open up with a happy and joyful mood and was talking about his son, Clay, towards Aaron who was listening to every bit of his words.

Ding!

His phone made a notification sound from his business-bag and Nile looked at his phone and it was a Riko testing him and sending an invitation for Emeric and Riko's engagement party.

Riko or Emeric would probably do a video call with Clay, they did not forget him and would include only the closest people to them, their friend group is small.

'They're already getting engaged? That was unexpected,' He never expected that Emeric would actually pull it off and could not deny that Riko and Emeric had grown closer together.

"Nile?," Aaron said his name in a calm and gentle tone, Nile jolted a bit and put his phone away and looked at Aaron as they made eye-contact.

It made Nile freaking out and was sweating profusely and nervous as he made eye-contact with Aaron and they both went silent for a bit, they averted their eyes away from each other.

The next thing, Aaron did was to be composed and fix his facial expression and he went back to his stoic self and back to the subject about agreeing to partnership with one another.

When Nile was about to say something, the waiter came back with Aaron's warm food and cold drink on a tray. Aaron thanked the waiter, who was smiling and did what any service staff would do and it is serving the customer.

The waiter put the tray in front of Aaron and before he left, the waiter said that if Nile and Aaron need anything they can call any waiter and waitress nearby.

[Minutes Later.......]

Aaron was eating the delicious food and Nile was taking a sip of his iced-coffee and it made him displeased as his iced-coffee had become a little tasteless as the ice had melted into water.

Nonetheless, Nile refrained from wasting the iced-coffee and he continued to sip and the bitterness made him want to spit it out of his mouth. But secretly brought out the candy and ate it instantly.

"After this..... What are you going to do?," Aaron struck the conversation first and he asked Nile, he stopped drinking the iced-tea and put the cup down on the table.

"More work... I guess," He replied back.

"Is that all you do? I was wondering if you have free time," Aaron said to Nile, who was not surprised by his question and knew what Aaron was going to do.

"No, I don't have free time, I have somewhere to go, my hands are full," Nile replied back, making Aaron frown and was disappointed in what he had said but it was understandable.

"I see... since we are partners, I want to call you from time to time even if we are not doing any business, if you allow me to have your permission," Aaron stated that Nile suddenly hesitated.

He bite his lips and wasn't able to think straight for 3 minutes and thought about the consequences, however, his not gonna drag anyone to his business and gestured his head agreeing and allowing Aaron to call or text him that is not about business.

Refuting with Aaron would be pointless anyway in the end and Nile felt that Aaron would maybe do it or not, like from years ago. He cannot trust Aaron yet, even though they are getting along.

That hat would be inconsistent to be too easy and to get along that fast, building a relationship would be good at the start.

After that day, it was already afternoon as they both said goodbye to each other and went on their desperate ways.

[With Aaron........]

Entering the hover-car and Aaron comfortably sat down, the bodyguard closed the side-door and sat at the front seat of the car and turned on the engine and drove away.

Aaron was looking back and saw that Nile entered his own car and drove away in the different direction of the road.

He was in a good mood and had successfully connected with Nile and this time, he won't fail his attempt to win Nile's entire heart.

Mallory was talking inside Nile's head about him agreeing to be in causal contact with Aaron instead of business. Then Nile stopped at a parking slot and turned off his car and banged his head on the wheel.

"Fuck.......," Nile swears underneath his breath and felt like that Mallory was giving him some terrible or maybe advice on how to handle Aaron.
