At night, they set up camp in a secluded part of the forest, away from others.

Clay slept soundly in his tent, oblivious to the tension brewing outside Tudor and Suzuki's tents. The two of them quietly slipped out, zipping their tent closed behind them with quiet footsteps.

Every footstep crackled with tension as they moved cautiously away from the campsite that they were at, determined not to disturb Clay from his sleep.

Suddenly, Suzuki launched an attack on Tudor, who deftly dodged and countered as they both sprinted, scanning the area for nearby caves.

One of them had to retrieve the Crystal Lotus before the red sun rose, which could wake Clay and alert him to their absence.

[With Suzuki and Tudor]

They searched numerous caves, from small to large, battling each other with both strength and cunning.

Nearby students, who had been sleeping in their tents, were jolted awake by the noise of the fight, and many tents were destroyed in the chaos. Some students fainted from shock as the events unfolded.

Suzuki and Tudor fought fiercely, but neither could deliver a fatal blow, knowing it would upset Clay-who might react unpredictably to one of them dying.

They exchanged blows, each trying to knock the other out, until they discovered a promising cave filled with shimmering crystals and intricate tunnels.

Tudor attempted to use his illusions, but Suzuki shattered them effortlessly, driven by fierce determination. As Suzuki threw punches, Tudor dodged with remarkable speed and agility.

Both fought to avoid injury from the sharp crystals, navigating numerous obstacles that hindered their progress in the search for the Crystal Lotus.

"Out of my way!" Tudor yelled at Suzuki as he sprinted ahead, surprising Suzuki with his speed. Realizing the danger, Suzuki quickly picked up his pace and navigated the terrain.

Suddenly, Tudor was distracted, and Suzuki seized him by the collar, pulling him back just in time. Tudor was startled to see a gem-like beast poised to ambush him-Suzuki had saved him.

They backed away cautiously, taking in the massive crystal earthworm, its skin composed of hard crystals it had consumed.

Both Tudor and Suzuki considered retreating, but a larger crystal earthworm had blocked their only escape route: the cave entrance.

As they searched for a solution, both Tudor and Suzuki let out frustrated groans. They realized they needed to work together to escape this predicament, but neither wanted to cooperate with the other.

Each was reluctant, both thinking the same thing: teamwork was not on their agenda.

With no other choice, Tudor and Suzuki exchanged a quick, tense conversation, acknowledging their need to cooperate. Just then, the crystal earthworms charged at them from different directions.

Suzuki harnessed his strength, embedding magic in his fist as he struck back at one of the creatures. Meanwhile, Tudor relied on his speed and agility, darting around to help Suzuki dodge the attacks more effectively.

Together, they began to navigate the chaos, finding a rhythm in their reluctant teamwork.

Suzuki struggled to fight the crystal earthworms, their hard crystal skins nearly impenetrable, with only a few small cracks visible. The creatures relentlessly attacked, attempting to engulf both him and Tudor.
