Marinette

Vulpina wasn't very happy with Ladybug's blatant mocking of her-- and neither was Scarlet Moth. How did Marinette know that? Because he decided standing around wasn't getting him anywhere.
Scarlet Moth lunged at Ladybug, moving his cane like a sword in a slashing motion.
She barely moved out of the way in time, the indestructible cane making a deep dent in the metal of the Eiffel Tower's pillar.
He kept her on her toes, not allowing a moment of rest with attack after attack. He was leaving himself open-- but she didn't have any time to make her own counterattacks, only dodge or block.
Marinette heard the familiar sound of a flute and spared a glance at the Vulpinas that were now yo-yo-less and approaching.
The plan did include having Scarlet Moth attack her-- she wanted his full attention if Felix was going to try to take his miraculous-- what she didn't account for was Lila.
Marinette continued her defense, now working double-time thanks to Vulpina and Scarlet Moth attacking her together.
A swing of the can was met by Ladybug's yo-yo and a punch from one of the many Vulpinas was met with a sweep of the leg or a kick to the abdomen.
Ladybug knew she couldn't hold them both off for long, it was a 20 v 1 after all. Fighting Scarlet Moth alone would be a tough battle, her only saving grace currently being that he was hindered by the amount of Vulpinas in the way. He couldn't be as strategic about his movements as he'd like.
Still, Marinette would greatly prefer just one opponent.
"Any updates on finding the amplifier?" Ladybug asked quickly into the comms.

Felix
~ 2 minutes earlier ~
Felix had figured out that Nathalie was Scarlet Moth's accomplice, now he just had to figure out where she was hiding.
Nathalie was smart and loyal, she wouldn't be in the battle-- but she would keep an eye on it. She had to be nearby, and she was always by Gabriel's side which meant...
Felix didn't want to risk distracting Marinette so he opened a private comm signal, "Chat Noir, they're in the Eiffel Tower somewhere."
"Are you sure?"
"Positive." Felix didn't want to tell Adrien that they suspect was Nathalie-- Adrien's mother figure since Emilie went missing a few years ago. Felix would start being completely honest with Adrien... after this battle.
"I'm coming with you," Felix added.
"You're supposed to help Ladybug, Flairmidable," Chat Noir huffed and Felix watched the black cat hero hop toward the Eiffel Tower.
"This is helping her." Felix then opened a channel to Viperion, "Viperion, Nathalie Sancoeur is the amplifier, I'm not sure how Chat Noir will take it, but you should know in case things go wrong."
"Got it, good luck, Flairmidable," Viperion responded.
Felix met Chat Noir at the Eiffel Tower's base.
"Are you sure they're here?" Chat Noir asked.
Before Felix could respond, a familiar voice but an unfamiliar villain spoke, approaching the pair, "Looking for me?"
