"With love?" Technoblade murmured, his eyes rereading over the letter (Y/N) returned days ago, then shaking his head, placing it into his pocket again. It is just a sign off on the note. Nothing more, he knew. Even if it was something his mind lingered on for several days before. He tossed the saddle over his horse, Carl, readjusting it preparing to go see (Y/N).

He placed his satchel filled with the gold coins, food, and other necessities, onto the saddle, tying it. His hands patting everything else attached to the saddle, making sure it was all secured. Then feeding a few carrots to Carl.

His foot met the stirrup, pushing his body up onto the horse, straddling the saddle, pulling on the reigns, signaling Carl to go, the sound of his hooves moving out of the stable gently echoing against the walls.

Eventually, after a very silent ride through the forrest, his eyes are met with the wall where he last left (Y/N), the place he had agreed to meet her again. Just as he approached, several fingers peaked over the wall, before a head and torso following. It was (Y/N).

The instant their gaze met, (Y/N) smiled, throwing her legs over the grey stone wall.

"Good evening." Technoblade says, watching (Y/N) gracefully hoist herself over the wall, and her looking back once to make sure no one else was behind her.

"Good afternoon, Techno." She says, shortening his name. She walks over to Technoblade on his horse, him holding out his hand to help boost her up onto his horse with him.

"I don't think anyone has called me that before yet." He says with a slight laugh under his breath.

"Glad I could be the first to start the trend." (Y/N) replies with a smile, pulling her weight against technos hand, and readjusting herself straddled in the saddle, pressed up against Technoblade.

"How have you been?" Technoblade asks as he pulls the reigns on Carl to signal him to begin walking again, Carl protesting in a slight stall and neigh before going.

"Well enough, thank you. And you?" (Y/N) replies, watching the trees and flowers run past them.

"Busy, as always. But it's good to see you again," he says, glancing back over his shoulder at her with a small half smile. It wasn't often Technoblade smiled or shown much emotion on his face. But at least when he did, it was sincere.

(Y/N) lightly blushed at Technoblade's words. "Very much likewise." She replies.

A while of a comfortable silence is shared between the two, the only sounds being the claps of Carls hooves, and the sounds of the nature all around. Though it was getting colder, the air over the leading up days began to chill more and more, the ever so crisp air hitting the skin upon their face.

"Where are we going?" (Y/N) speaks as they are very close to Artymidian.

"Just to Artymidian. Figured I could show you around more outside of what was that festival. Could grab a bite if you are hungry." He pauses, looking around for a moment and back to the land in front of him, Artymidian just now visible to the eye. "Are you hungry, (Y/N?)"

"Sure, I could eat." (Y/N) responds, peeking over Technoblades shoulder, watching the kingdom ahead of them draw closer.

As they approach the Artymidian walkways, Technoblade takes himself off his horse, and holds his hand out to help (Y/N) down, where they walk to a nearby Cafe. Technoblade trailed slightly ahead of her, her eyes watching his meaningful movement. His height clearly towered over hers, and his movements seemed smooth and with much purpose, she couldn't keep her eyes off of him. "He must have lots of ladies." She thought to herself, knowing a man like him couldn't just not have women. But it was hard telling, due to how to himself he was, which she thought is perfectly fine and placed no pressure onto him.
