A Reject trying to live life ends up falling in love

Chapter 1: Keres

I woke up to blood running down my face. I got up and felt my face; the bandages that I put on last night were bloody to a pulp. I Got out of bed and started to walk towards the door to exit my room. I got to the doorway and stepped out. A bottle flew down my way as if waiting for me to get out of my room. It hit me in the side of the head and shattered. Glass shards lodged inside my skin I walked to the bathroom and went inside. I walked to the mirror and opened it.

I grabbed a bandage roll and placed it onto the sink counter. I then grabbed my bandage that was on my head. I started to unroll it  from around my head. As I was unrolling it I saw a figure in the doorway staring at me. It was a figure I had never seen before. It wasn't my mother or grandmother. I turned around to see the figure up close. It blinded me as I felt dizzy staring at her. I fell to the ground  and the world went dark.

    When I awoke I saw the same figure standing farther away from me. It walked towards me in a quick motion. It got to me and I started to see some of her features. She was a brunette young lady. Younger than me. About a year younger than me. She then brought her hand to my face. She pushed my head back and I was back in the real world.

     I woke up and felt no blood on my face. I felt my face and it had no glass shards or cuts. I stood up and looked in the mirror. I saw no bruises on my face or body. I walked out of the bathroom and looked down the hall. I saw my mother on the ground. I walked towards her and stopped to kick her legs. I then bent over and tried to feel a heartbeat. I felt a soft heartbeat so I got up and went to the table.

    When I got to the table I saw a letter. I opened it up and found that it was from an anonymous source. I took it and went back to my room. When I got to my room I saw that someone left a gun under my sheets. I have no Idea what it was doing there. I didn't put it there, nor was it there last night or when I woke up.

    I walked to the bed and sat down. I opened the letter and started to read it. I

stated: Hello Keres. I have been watching you. It is time you take over your life. Don't trust anyone in your family as it may be your downfall. I will reveal myself soon. Don't go out unless it's urgent and dire. Lock your doors and hide away. Danger is coming your way. Danger you can't stop. It will soon be time to take your fathers place in this war. I will get more intel soon. Stay safe and don't die the future of this world and the next depends on you and your actions in this world.

    I put the letter in my dresser and laid down. I fell asleep and woke up in the same place I was before. I stood up from the bed and walked away from my bed into the white light. I saw a door at the end of a clearing. I walked closer and saw it was a hallway leading to the door. I walked down the hallway and got to the door. I opened the door and a wind breeze pushed me in. I fell in and looked down to see I was falling down a hole.

    I got to the bottom of the hole and found another hallway. I walked down the hallway till I got to a room. The room was full of seats and a big theater screen was in the front of the room. I walked to a seat and sat down. I looked up to see a timer counting down from three.

    The screen showed scenes from what looked like a movie. Screams could be heard as I saw flames engulf people. It showed a person that looked like my mother in flames as the world split into two. I saw people running from a wave of water. People were running to the top of a building to escape the rising lava from the core of the earth.

    It then showed a figure that looked like my father running from someone he knew. The shot got closer and I saw that person was me running from my brother. It showed me on the roof of a building as lava was rising. My brother then took my shirt collar and brought me towards the edge of the building. He then raised me over the edge as anger gleamed in his eyes.
