Two cats sat under the light of the moon. It turned their pelts silver.
"Have you ever wondered if this was wrong?" One asked, his eyes on the second cat.
"If what was wrong?" The second asked, almost scoffing.
The first cat sighed, his tail dropped to the ground. "This. Everything we're doing really. It just seems so. . . wrong." he explained, fur beginning to bristle.
The second cat flicked his tail dismissively. "How could this be wrong? We're doing what is best for the clan." he reasoned.
The first cat looked at his front paws. "But so many cats have died. . ." he murmured, flexing the claws on one paw.
The second cat shrugged. "It was for the greater good. So who cares?"
The first cat nodded. "I suppose that makes sense." there was still a tiny bit of hesitation. But it was almost negligible.

A white tom was digging. A brown and grey she-cat padded over to him. "Why are you digging?" she asked.
The white tom turned to her, he looked completely distraught. "I'm digging because Clawface died. And we don't even have his body to bury!" he cried, fur fluffing out.
The she-cat blinked in surprise. The tom was being uncharacteristicly emotional. "So why are you digging? We can't bury him." she pointed out, tipping her head.
The tom just gave her a dirty look in response, then went back to digging.
The grey and brown she-cat turned away. "Fine. I'll leave." she scoffed, stalking off.
After a while the tom stopped digging. He stood up on his hind legs and looked down into the hole. He then proceeded to push the dirt back into the hole. There was mud covering his paws, turning them brown. The tom seemed unbothered that mud had gotten into his untreated wounds.
He sat down. Staring at the churned up dirt. His eyes were full and empty. "Why. . .? Why them? Why StarClan?! Why would you take both of them from me?!" he shrieked, eyes now burning with rage and greif.
The tom stood up, his breathing heavy. He padded over to a rose bush and plucked two of the flowers. The white cat then walked back over to the empty grave and dropped the flowers on top of it. As would be done on a real grave.
He collapsed beside the empty grave and just laid there. He didn't even move as a soft drizzle began . The tom just stayed put. Not even moving an inch. A few of his tears fell to the ground, merging with the rain.
It was almost sunrise before the tom finally moved. He forced himself to his paws. His wounds felt like they were on fire but he payed it no attention. He'd clean them out later. The white tom simply walked away.

An: Yes the first cat in the beginning is Blackfoot. Any other questions? (I'm being serious, got any questions?)
