IT WAS FINALLY THE MORNING THAT the whole group was excited for, the same one jules had kind of been dreading since the last time she was over there. nick had reached out the following day, talking her through everything, wanting what was best for her. he suggested that she shouldn't try to interact with matt until the trip. and jules didn't want to ruin it for anyone else, so she did it. now nick was blowing up the group chat telling everyone that they needed to be up and at their house by eight am. of course, it was an early flight. jules groaned at the thought of getting out of bed. but since it was currently seven-fifteen, she had to push herself out of bed and quickly get ready.
she was sure she'd have to pick up erin on the way there, so she had to leave her house a little earlier than she wanted to.
a few minutes before eight, the two girls pulled into the driveway where three people were trying to cram stuff into the one car-a specific lilac one stuck out to her like a sore thumb. she knew sophia was coming but the reminders were highly unnecessary.
