AS JULES WALKED THROUGH ERIN'S house, she still couldn't believe that shehas been planning a surprise party this whole time, the idea was just beyond comprehension at that moment. and honestly, jules wouldn't put this kind of thing past her, she was just really in shock.
as she walked into erin's living room, she felt a familiar hand wrap around her shoulder, pulling her into a side hug. "happy birthday, jules!" she turned and immediately locked eyes with nick before he pulled her in for an actual hug.
"thank you," she said, not completely sure how she felt about finally talking to them after hardly reaching out this past week. she was happy that she was finally able to see them, but the underlying guilt of not reaching out was ripping at every single one of her thoughts.
chris eventually made his way over, adding on, "it's not even her birthday yet, fuck face." he smacked nick on the back of the head, and immediately shielded himself from any kind of retaliation, saying "sorry" over and over again.
