In this chapter, I'll go over all the important details you may have missed and some details that you may not have remembered through the story so you don't go into the final arc with holes in your memory.

As a class leader, Izuku tries to get to know everybody and lead them as much as he can. He has the characteristics of Izuku in the main story and Luffy combined so his skills in many aspects are boosted.
For example, Izuku in canon is considerably smarter than Luffy so combine his smarts with Luffy's natural ability to lead and influence the people around him and it's an amazing combo. I know Izuku can lead and influence people around him, but not to the extent of Luffy.
Also mixing their personalities to mesh them into one gives us an observant yet outgoing Izuku, he won't be afraid to say what's on his mind, but knows when to stay quiet and can read the room way better than Luffy can.
Due to the mesh, Izuku here does have some selfish tendencies or tendencies that Izuku in the canon may lack. Here, Izuku wants to be known as the strongest and to have his own fame, while Izuku in canon just cares about saving the world and people. Here Izuku is far more battle-centric while Izuku in canon is about saving people.
Yes, this Izuku loves to save people, but he'd rather beat you to make sure you're down than try to run and then fight.
