Many of these people have been explained in intermission chapters, but for characters that are just getting their feet wet in the story, expect things from them so you become familiar with them.
Anyway, that's enough, let the chapter commence.
(15 minutes before the fight started)
Walking into his office, the Warden of Tarturas sat in his chair to rest for a moment. "Oh, my stomach is killing me." The man complained whilst rubbing his rumbling stomach. "I think it's time for my toilet break, Domino is my toilet ready?" He asked before getting up.
"Yes sir," The woman smiled.
"Good," The man belched.
Turning to his toilet, the warden took a few steps to his toilet before a syringe flew into the back of his neck. Turning around, the man saw the face of his trusted associate half melted to show a smirking blonde teen looking at him whilst the syringe began to suck the blood out of him, "Sorry, but I have someone I really need to break out of here and you're my only answer."
Activating his quirk, the man coated his fist in poison and tried to punch the girl only for her to jump over his fist and land a kick in his face, knocking back. "What did you do to Domino?!"
"Don't worry!" Toga replied as she landed another kick to his stomach, forcing him to buckle in pain.
"Argh!" Feeling faint, Magellan tried to attack the girl once more, but to no avail, she dodged it and struck him in the back of the head, knocking him out cold.
"Now give me your blood."

(7 minutes before The Fight Begins)
"Level 6 huh, I can already feel many ominous presences down here." Magellan/Himiko stated.
Pressing her hand on the scanner, Himiko watched as the door slowly creaked open to see many infamous villains, chained up. "Oh looky here, if it isn't the big man himself." A cackling man stated.
