When I woke up, I immediately began my usual morning routine. I took a quick shower, styled my hair, and got dressed. As I made my way downstairs, the aroma of breakfast greeted me, and I realized my mom had already cooked.

"Good morning, Yuri! Did you sleep well?" Mom asked, her voice as cheerful as always.

"Yeah, I did. Breakfast smells amazing, Mom!"

We sat down together, and after a delicious meal, we hurried to the car. I had overslept, so Mom was driving faster than usual, trying to make up for lost time. Everything seemed fine—until she accidentally ran a red light.

In an instant, a car came out of nowhere and crashed into us. The impact sent me flying from the car, and I felt the unforgiving slam as I collided with a wall.

The world around me became a blur of flashing lights and blaring sounds, but my vision was fading fast. My eyelids grew heavy, and soon everything went black.
