Chapter 20

You lit the lighter on fire and put it against the metal of your knife making the metal light up slightly. Once you had done you came back in the bus and heard aiden scream "oh it's the killies!"

Killies.? You asked yourself then realised he was talking about ashlyns shoes. You covered your mouth and laughed a tiny bit.

"No. Don't call them that." Ashlyn said sternly as she stared at him through the corner of her eye. "Why not? They're like heelies but, yknow, with knives! Your dads pretty awesome to make something like that. They didnt even break when you used them during practice!" Aiden said impressed.

"My mom was actually the one who made them." Ashlyn corrects him then spoke again. "Hey um, before we go" she starts as everyone turns their attention towards her. As ben stopped helping Taylor.

"-i just wanted to...apologise...for earlier. When i snapped at you guys." Ashlyn said apologetically.

"It's okay now, dont worry! We all have our moments right?" Taylor said nicely back to ashlyn. "Yeh, Tyler has his everyday!" Aiden says.

"Excuse me?!" Tyler responded angrily.

"He isn't wrong." You shrugged.

"G-Guys we just stopped fighting dont start again pls." Logan said concerned as Tyler just rolled his eyes at your comment.

"Alright, lets do this then." Ashlyn.

You climbed up the ladder last and went over and kneeled down at the edge. "Okay get into your positions" ashlyn says as you were now kneeled down next to your rope.

Then when you were all in your positions, aiden took out his phone and turned over to ashlyn and pointed at his phone. "Now?" He asks her, ashlyn gulped then responded. "Now."

Upon hearing this Aiden pressed the play button on his phone. The speaker screamed the song that he had played. You sighed at the song choice.

*PARTY WALKERS IN THE YAAAARRRRDDDD TONIGHTTT

EVERYBODY JUST HAVE A FUNN TIMEEE*

The phantoms immediately heard the noise and turned their heads over to where it was, dashing towards the speaker.

"Are you serious? Party walkers?" Tyler says judgementally again then aiden runs forwards. "It's a good song!" He screams as he jumped off causing everyone to look down. "THE ROPE AIDEN! The rope!" Ashlyn yelled at him, sadly he was already long gone so you all just decided to start climbing down. "It's okay! Im durable!"

He yells back.

You pulled on your rope a bit realising it was loose. You stopped climbing down and tried to call up to Logan. "Logan! My ropes loose!" Logan looked down at you. "What??" He yelled back down. "My rope is loose!" You repeated.

Logan went over to where your ropes knot was but was too slow.. the ropes knot came undone and fell off the side. "Y/n!" Logan yelled as you fell the wind hitting against your back.

.shit..shit..shit! What do i do?! Am i gonna die?

'I can't believe i have a daughter like you.'

You grabbed onto a window sill breathing heavily terrified when you looked down, suddenly you heard Logan's voice through the walkie talkie. "Y/N?! Are you okay?!"

"I-im fine.." you managed to say as you watched the rope just fall down to the floor.

Taylor- "What? What happened y/n?"

"U-uhm... my rope was to loose." You just said as you looked down at the ground. "I should be able to just drop from here."

Logan- "is there a safer option? Or is it just falling?"

"I could break the window if you say thats 'safer'?" You offered. "Im falling." You explained then let go of the window sill preparing for the land. You landed on the ground and heard ashlyn scream. "Run!"

You all started running to the jeep your fingertips sort of sore from gripping that window sill. You started running quicker to get to the jeep quicker.

I feel like something is wrong with the jeep...
