I woke up at 8, on the dot. I got up, once again recalling the events of my lucid dream, specifically, the end. I contemplated my old life for roughly 15 minutes before my soul left my body, and then it was 9 o'clock. I got up, brushed my teeth for 35 minutes, once again getting lost in thought. This time it was about my plan to rule the world, only it was a bit out of reach, due to my... Not very high intellect.

After brushing my teeth until they were practically husks, I changed into the clothes that I would be wearing for the rest of the day and put the former clothes in the washing. As I was preparing my breakfast, a usual cereal, I began to ponder, "I'm like one of the richest guys in the world. Why don't I have a car?" I immediately took out my phone and searched for a nice car, eventually, I found a satisfactory one, the 'Lamborghini Aventador', a sleek golden car, extremely fast, according to the reviews. 'BUY NOW' was the button I had pressed, after a long train of thought. It would be at the front door of my house in 10 minutes, driving on its own through its AI capabilities.

I finally began my meal, after putting it off, wanting to order a car and eat while it was on its way. And I did exactly that, I finished eating, washed the bowl, and, on que, my phone pinged with a notification that the car was in the front yard. I got up to the door and went out. True to the message, it was there. I got in, the car automatically recognising me through a face recognition software in it.

I started the engine, remembered I couldn't drive, and turned on the auto drive feature, picking the joyride preset. In an instant, the car jumped into the air, stabilising at a certain height that I couldn't guess, and began rumbling forward, almost revving with rage. The speed metre was perpetually at the speed limit, only stopping at the exact moment the futuristic light had gone red.

In an instant, the car jumped into the air, stabilising at a certain height that I couldn't guess, and began rumbling forward, almost revving with rage. The speed metre was perpetually at the speed limit, only stopping at the exact moment the futuristic light had gone red.

Through voice commands, I told the smart car to drive past my workplace. I admired the sleek, tall, blue-windowed building. It was an impressive skyscraper with a futuristic design, with a sharp, angular structure that pierced the clouds. The reflective glass windows mirrored the bustling cityscape around it, giving it an almost ethereal appearance. The building stood as a testament to this world's modern architecture, blending form and function seamlessly. The dynamic LED displays on it added a touch of animation, making the building appear alive and constantly evolving with vibrant, changing patterns.

After admiring the great building that I owned, I once again used the sophisticated machine and told it to circle around, back to my house. While I was in the car, I received multiple bewildered looks. People were surprised to see such a rich man, the CEO of such a big company, out for a joyride. Once I had once again reached my humble abode, I parked the car in my front yard. I had faith that it wouldn't be stolen because I had utmost security. That along with the built in security of the car.

I made my way into my humble abode. The door automatically unlocked through face recognition. I had nothing to do so I jumped onto the internet to watch various... Videos. I eventually came upon a specific video that I had never really watched. 'Working out. How to start, keep motivation and stay on track.' It stuck out to me. So I watched it.

The video had the contents that you might've thought. Exactly what it said in the title. Once watching it, the person in the video directed me to another video of theirs. 'A nice workout routine for people starting out.' The main routine explained that you should start out with pushups, and if you can't do that, try wall push ups, work your way to incline push ups, then try knee push ups, and eventually get to the standard push ups. After a bit of time, it said you should start weight training along with those push ups. However, the video said you would need a lot of protein, in order to support your surplus of core growth. It also emphasised not to eat less, and if you did you would just go into a cycle of being skinny fat.

Eager to begin, I got down and tried some knee push ups. I tried my hardest, and got up to the round number of 10 before collapsing in a haze for about 5 minutes. After getting up, I tried more, only getting 9 this time. I then collapsed for 8 minutes. I wanted to do 1 more, just to get it to 10, but remembered a part in the video when the extremely buff guy said 'Remember, what matters is the continuous strain on your muscles, your biceps can't count, the number is simply for motivation.'

Those wise words were what kept me from trying a measly 1 pushup. Come to think of it, I think I would've died if I strained more. I sat on the sofa for an hour, watching various videos on working out. Once all was said and done, my entire recommendation page was half filled with workout videos.

I jumped onto a service buying website, just for funsies, and found a chef, a famous one at that, and of course, very expensive. 'I will come to your house and cook anything you want, with the best quality experience in food. Your address will be completely confidential.' He looked quite like a famous chef back in my old world. Yet a bit unfamiliar.

Anyway, I bought the service without thinking and sighed. He would be there in 25-30 minutes.
