CHAPTER 11 - Shaurya's New Beginning

21st Century - Dhruv Tara's House
(It was a fine morning and Tara is arranging the table for breakfast. Maharani is assisting her with the course. And the little munchkin, Shaurya is playing doctor - doctor with his soft toy of Winnie the Pooh.)

Tara - Maa... bhojan toh taiyaar hai. Parantu, Dhruv achanak se kahan gaya? Humein toh bataya ki paanch minute mein ghar wapas ajayega parantu abhi tak nahi...

Maharani - Shant hojaiye Taru... aajayega woh... Kuch samay unke aane tak prateeksha karte hai. Uske pashchaat hum swayam jaakar dekhenge...

(Suddenly Dhruv appears from the door)

Dhruv - Maa... uske zarurat nahi... 😊

Shaurya - Papa...

(Dhruv picks Shaurya in his arms.) 

Shaurya - Papa... aap kahaan gaye the? Pata hai papa... Shaurya ko nah... bohot bhook lag raha hai...

Dhruv - Toh mera Shaurya khana kyun nahi khaya?

Shaurya - Hum kaise bhojan grahan kare, jab humare papa humare saath nahi the?

Dhruv - Mera baccha...

(Dhruv kissed on Shaurya's forehead. Maharani and Tara looked at each other and laughed.)

Dhruv - Toh jaldi se chaliye... Tara, jaldi se khana laga do... Mere Shauryako bohot bhook lag raha hai...

(Tara served food on a plate for Shaurya. Dhruv fed the kid.)

Shaurya - Papa... aap itne subah kahaan gaye the?

Dhruv - Mere bete ko Chikitsak banane ka pehela kadam rakhne ke liye... 😉

Shaurya - Arthaath?

Dhruv - Arthaath... tumhe school mein dakhila karwane ka interview hai nah... Aur tumhe uske liye taiyaariya karwaani hogi...  uske liye kuch samaan kharidhne ke liye gaye the... Parso tumhara interview lene ke liye bulawa aagaya hai school se... Toh taiyaar ho Shaurya?

Tara - Humara chota Chikitsak Dhruv toh apne pita ki chavi hai... Humein poora vishwaas hai... woh intar... wiu... (she meant to say interview) bohot acche se dega...

Maharani - Humein bhi poora vishwaas hai...

(The whole family finished their breakfast. Dhruv has taken two days of leave specially to make sure that Shaurya is ready for the interview.)

Dhruv's Study
(Shaurya is seated in his father's study just like an obedient little child. Dhruv came in with a load of picture books. Dhruv keeps the books on the table. Shaurya stood up and touched his father's feet. At that moment, Tara comes with a jug of water and a glass on a tray. She stops at the doorway of the study.)

Dhruv - Shaurya, beta yeh kya kar rahe ho?

Shaurya - "guru govind dou khade

kake lagu paye
balihari guru aapne
govind diyo bataye"

Papa... aaj ke pashchaat aap humara papa bhi hai... aur guru ji bhi hai... Humein ashirwaad dijiye... guru ji...

(Dhruv's eyes turned moist. Tara was overwhelmed to see this beautiful relationship of this father son duo.)

Dhruv - Mera ashirwaad humesha mere bacche ke saath hai... Shaurya, khade ho jao...

(Dhruv kissed Shaurya on his forehead and picked him up. Shaurya rested his head on Dhruv's shoulder. Tara enters in.)
