The Kratt brothers mother, Linda, asked the boys if they could do an attic sweep in the house. She allowed them to bring their friends, only if they helped too, which they all agreed to. The only rule was that the Beastshifters can't transform inside the house, especially Ventus. Most of her forms were bigger than the rooms itself, she didn't wanna risk it. The crew were in the attic, looking through all the boxes, to see what to keep or toss.
Paulanci groans as old newspapers fell on her head on accident, pulling one from her ponytail. "Ugh! Remind me again why your cleaning this big as heck Attic" She gestures to the whole attic, that is as big as the house itself. The Wild crew and Ventus chuckle at her complaint.
"Because our whole family have filled it up long enough." Martin says, grabbing an old giraffe plush, hugging it, before putting it into the donation box. "It has years worth of trash and treasures in it! We need to clean it out." He grabs an old sandwich, immediately tossing it into the trash bag.
"And we can find amazing memories too." Chris pulls out a yearbook of of 1980, opening the book and immediately laughing at the photo. It was an 14 year old Martin, having long scrawny hair with braces. Ventus looks at it, immediately laughing at it. "Wow Martino, you looked nerdy back then."
Martin looked at the book, and blushed as he saw it. With a sheepish chuckle, he quickly grabs the book. "Alright that's enough of that!" He throws the book into the toss box, before grabbing a wolf plush. "Silver!! I can't believe I left you up here!" He then puts Silver in his backpack, next to the sandwiches for lunch later today.
Chris laughs at his brothers love of that wolf doll, before looking back in the box he was looking in. Paulanci snickers from seeing the memories so far and rolls her eyes. "Ok, finnne. I'll look for more 'memories'" Paulanci gets deeper inside the attic, Ventus following after, making sure she didn't break anything.
The crew continue to look at the boxes and putting them in the piles. But an hour into the clean, Jimmy and Paulanci find a very old looking box, covered with years worth of dust and with a stamp at the side saying, 1937. "Uh, guys." Jimmy says, getting the attention of the rest of the group. "You might wanna take a look at this." (Paulanci:You might wanna take a look at this cliche. Me: What the?! Paulanci! What are you doing, your not supposed to be here! Paulanci: Yeah, but I want fun. Me: Get out of here!!!)
The whole group goes to the duo, Martin and Chris shocked at seeing the box, they've never seen this box before and were wondering what was inside. Ventus wipes some dust off the box, causing everyone to cough from the amount. "*Cough cough* Damn, how old is this box?!"
Jimmy looks at the side of the box, it reads the date it was made in, 1937 was written in very old pen, looking like it was gonna fade any day now. "It looks to be almost 90 years old, with almost 90 years worth of dust!" The gang then starts gagging at that, knowing they breathed very very old dust. Paulanci ignores it, opening the box to see what's inside.
After getting over the dust, Koki grabs something and pulls out a old hat, black with white on the rims, shaped like adventurers used to wear. The Kratt bros look at it with awe. "Woah bros, whoever this belonged to had a cool hat inside." Koki said, putting the hat on. It was itchy, but still fun to wear.
Ventus looks in as well and pulls out a long since used shot gun, shocking the crew, making them gasp. They didn't know the Kratt family owned guns. "Woah, a 1835 shot gun?! I didn't know you had this!" She points the gun at the brothers smiling, but Chris hiding behind Martin as she does. "This is loaded!"
Martin covers Chris as a protection from the gun, in case it accidentally went off. "Hehe, yeah it really is, but can you please stop pointing it at us?" Chris asks, still hiding behind Martin. Ventus sheepishly laughs before putting the gun back into the box.
