The ancestors of the Kratts

The brothers were in their room, both sitting on Martin's bed as they try to stop the visions. They weren't stopping, just getting worse and worse and worse! They were curled in themselves, hiding their eyes to avoid seeing it. They were so caught up in hiding they didn't notice.... "Hey, are you ok?" They look up to see Ventus on their bed with the crew standing behind her.

Tears were in their eyes, Chris trying to talk without telling them. "Well, we're....... Um...." But Paulanci knew something was up with their heads, she senses their dreams of despair and panic.

She quickly grabs their arms and uses her powers against their protests. Her powers cause her hair to flow in magic, showing her scratched eye while so. The vision becomes reality, showing everyone what the brothers had visioned. (TW: Blood and animal death)

It showed the brothers playing with Tasmanian Tigers, happy with seeing the extinct animals for the first time in real life. But then, the sky slowly darkened and the vision started to glitch. The happy Tigers now replaced with bleeding motionless ones, their blood all around the brothers. The boys start to panic, not knowing what just happened. But when they look up, they see their ancestors, holding a bloody bag and a smoking shot gun. They give a sinister smile, saying, "This is who you really are right?" They grab their faces, forcing them to look in their eyes. "You're hunters, like us...... You have our blood, so the legacy is in you!" The boys feel tears fall down, but before anything else, the vision ended.

The crew were horrified, the brothers tears going down, knowing their visions were seen. Aviva sighed, "Oh Bros......" She hugs them both, shocking them, before they started to quietly sob into her. The rest of the crew join in, not wanting the brothers to feel like this, especially for something they never did and never will do as long as they live.

After they let go, Ventus puts her hands on their shoulders, soft smile showing. "Guys, just because your ancestors were hunters, that doesn't mean your hunters as well, blood or not."

"Ventus is right guys," Aviva says, grabbing Martin's photo album, filled with pictures of all the animals they've saved and named. She opened it up and showed the brothers all the animals. "You'd never hurt any of these animals, because that's who you are. Your not hunters, you're animal helpers, and these little guys prove that."

Martin and Chris continue to look at the animals, seeing all the friends they've made during their adventures. Even with the words of their friends, they still feel like they killed the Tasmanian Tigers, but the words made the visions go away and finally made them smile since they've read the book. They finally sighed in relief, happy that they stopped. "Thanks, that helped." Chris says, unfolding himself from the curled up position he was in.

The crew nod, before they help the brothers up. Jimmy says, "In fact, we have an idea how to fix that!" The crew lead the brothers out of the room, but Martin held back, looking at himself in the mirror. His mind sees himself in his ancestor's clothes, with a gun on his back. He quickly shakes his head, the vision disappearing. The visions still haven't stopped, but hopefully they'll be farther in between.

....

Meanwhile, Zach and his bots were sneaking into the Tortuga, using the invisibility cloak they used before. (Paulanci: Remember the Halloween episode? The one from that! Me: Paulanci! What did I say about fourth wall breaking! Paulanci: The readers love it, don't ignore that!) They get inside by hacking into the door panels. Zach quietly says, "Alright bots, find those rats before they open anything!"

The Zach bots look around, looking for any of the crew. After a while, a Zach bot computes to Zach, telling him to come over. Zach goes to the main control room seeing the crew around Ventus and Paulanci, they look through the crystal collection, finding the time crystal, smiling to themselves. "Found it!"

Ventus then says, "Bring us back in time. Back in the year 1841, the day the Kratt brothers went hunting Tasmanian Tigers for the first time!" The crystal glows, before a portal shoots out of the gem. Aviva grabs her portable CPS creator as Ventus says. "One at a time, and be careful, I don't use this often so I don't know what may happen." Before they ask what she means by that, Ventus and Paulanci jump into the portal.

The crew sigh to themselves at their quickness before going into the portal themselves. Immediately after they went in, Zach shouts "GO!" Before the Zach bots pick him up and quickly sprints into the portal, seconds before it closes. (Paulanci: I need to talk to Ventus about that. Me:PAULANCI! Paulanci: That was the last one, I promise! 'Winks at you, as if to say it won't be')

The next chapter is when they meet their Ancestors. They look like the Lewis and Clark versions of the brothers from the buffalo episode, when they imagine themselves as the famous adventurers. Hope you enjoyed.
