The brothers and crew were continuing to play with the tigers while Paulanci, the only beastshifter there, was chilling. But when Ventus shouted her alpha call, she and the brothers immediately went up in shock, but the natural beast in Paulanci and the beasts in the Kratts crystals heard it and their defenses went up. The queen is in danger!

Martin stopped petting Carlito and stood up. "Did you hear that?!"

Chris and Paulanci stood up too, nodding while Aviva was confused. Since she was human, she can't hear the alpha call from afar. "Hear what?"

Chris gave a look of worry and protectiveness as he says, "It's Ventus. She's in trouble!"

The brothers then grabbed the crystal necklaces that Ventus gave them, (Read Akumatized aftermath for context) The crystals glow their respective colors as they shout:

Martin: "Spirit of Samurott, give me your strength!"

Chris: "Spirit of Decidueye, give me your strength!"

Blue and Green magic swirl around the brothers and they transformed into their new beast forms. Martin a Samurott and Chris a Decidueye.

After transforming, Chris flies ahead while Martin followed, searching for Ventus. Paulanci followed suit, turning into her Pupadian form and flying with Chris, trying to search for the queen. Soon enough, they found her.

She was locked in a cage by the past brothers, who had high-fived each other for the successful catch. Ventus meanwhile, looked beaten up and exhausted from what happened. The brothers and guard's protective instincts kicked in and flew down in front of them, ready to fight. "Woah!!" The past brothers exclaimed, before they pulled out their guns, though Carlos winced as he did from his injured arm.

Ventus had woken up a bit as she saw this. Not wanting a conflict or the thought of losing her friends, she made one more alpha call to calm the shifters down before going to sleep again. The three immediately calm down, Paulanci shifting back to human and Martin and Chris doing the same, as they said, "Release." The crystals turned off.

This almost immediately freaked out the past brothers, having seen this phenomenon again! "There are more like it?!" Martino asks, resting his gun in a comfortable manner, Carlos doing the same, though the latter was relieved at this the most.

That made Martin growl a bit when he heard his ancestor call Ventus an 'it'. It frustrated Paulanci too, but for a different reason. "It's actually, She/Her, get it right!" She said, getting a mini facepalm from Chris.

"That's not why we're-oh, whatever." Chris says, before going up to the past brothers. "What're you doing to her? She looks nearly dead!"

"And why are you doing this?! She hasn't done anything"- Martin said, before he saw the guilt ridden look on Ventus's face. She did do something. And she hated it.

That's when they saw the blood still on her mouth and then saw the blood leaking through Carlos's sleeve. They connected the dots and Paulanci sighed. "Oh...Venty...." Ventus looked down ashamed, being a croc was a terrible idea.

Martino growled and said, "That thing hurt my brother, it deserved all of it!" Carlos puts a hand on his shoulder to calm him down before another episode, which worked.

Paulanci was disappointed, yes, but she knew Ventus would never hurt people on purpose, especially if she could just simply escape. She did it out of fear. "Look, I get it, you were upset that she hurt him, I get it. But maybe think that she did it on accident. Maybe?" She says, trying to calmly deescalate the situation.

But Martino didn't believe her, still angered at Ventus for hurting the one thing he loved more than anything. "It was no accident. We all know that, stop pretending it wasn't!"

Ventus, with a weakened voice, spoke. "I-It was an acci"-

Martin hit his cage, immediately shutting her up. "Don't even try you little monster!"

Paulanci's eye turned for a second into a dragon like shape and her hair getting out of her ponytail as it flowed with angry magic. "Don't you dare even think about hurting her!" She said, contemplating if she should use more then 10% of her power right now. (Yeah, she's more powerful then you think and only uses more of it when her friends are hurt or in danger, or both. Just ask Sideswipe)

Martin and Chris immediately stopped her, pulling her back, trying not to touch her flaming hair. "Alright, calm down! We don't want any murder, alright." Chris says, rubbing her shoulder in a calming way to keep her from reaching over 10.

After a few moments, she took a breath and her hair and eye turned to normal. But she still glared at the past brothers as if saying, 'If you kill her, I'll kill you and find a way to keep the better versions of you' (Even though that's impossible) She put her hair back up in a pony and sighed, "Alright, sorry about that, continue."

Martino angrily grabbed the nets and threw them at the trio, and it was a heavy ended one, keeping them to the ground. He grabbed the end of the cage and spoke, "I'm going to clean Carlos's wound, after that, we'll talk about this new species. Now wait here until we're ready for you to join it."

He then gently held Carlos's arm and brought him back to the wagon and put the cage on the back before going to the front and the horses starting to move. The trio tried to struggle out of the net, but it was surprisingly strong. Those brothers thought ahead. They watched as the wagon rolled back to town, with the queen in the back.

The trio just stared at where the wagon just was, before Paulanci made the cry of, "FUUUUUU"-
